I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Last year, an associate helped me with finding and installing new wiper blades. This week, Jimmy was so kind as to come to where my dead car was located and replace the battery on the spot. I am so thankful for Jimmy and the help that he gave this week!

The children who work in the store need better manners, as well as the children whom are watching them, the mangers. Prices are ok, but the workers are terrible.

Went to buy some antifreeze, found some on an endcap. Was overcharged the price listed on the shelf, Zee would not refund the difference. He even admitted to putting it in the wrong spot because there wasn’t room at the regular display by the door. I was going to get one at the regular price but his continued rudeless left me speechless so i returned everything and will never shop there again. I can tell from other reviewers he is the worst employee there.

I've been waiting to review this place and their customer service is b.s. so one day i walk in and im coming to return a tool rental im a lil in a hurry and all three employees were terrible. So i come in all three guys one at a time come out and just plain ignore me then i wait some time then say excuse me sorry to bother u guy's but i just have a tool rental return. No one says nothing i wait even more. It was a Myron, Zee, and Avery it was so disrespectful i couldn't help but review the place and record these guys names.thanks O'Reilly's

Staff was extremely helpful! Right when I walked in they asked what I needed and went and got it for me. They even double checked to make sure the air filter that I needed was the right one for my car - since I wasn't 100% sure they looked it up by my VIN number. I appreciated the extra step to make sure. I believe Joshua was the name of the person who helped me.
