Quick service for my tire balancing and very friendly staff!! Bill and Nick were phenomenal at customer service! Compared to everyone in the area that was toooooo busy for me- they fit me in between the bigger jobs and was able to drive away before my kiddo was done with her patience! Great job! I’ll be going here again!

We had a nail in our tire and couldn’t find a single shop that would get us in. I called Mavis and the awesome guy at the counter said he could get us in that day on a Sunday with no notice. We took the tire in and the service was incredibly friendly and FAST. The person said 30 minutes, which I thought was great given we gave them no notice and they patched our tire in less than 15 minutes. Overall great service, I wish I got that guys name at the counter as he was so friendly. We will be looking to give this place our business moving forward.

Dropped of my wheel to get a patch plug put in and they were able to get it done in a couple of hours. They said the screw didn't puncture the tire so I was good to go. Didn't charge me. Very friendly and courteous!! Would highly recommend!!

Anyone who knows me. Knows I only recommend places that I actually like. Enter with experience and an expectation of the work. This place was great. Only place that had the tires I needed in stock. They weren't the summer tires I wanted but they are definitely great tires at the price I got them. Tried 10 other places and non of them could get me in or have the tire I needed as a set(245/40r19). Plus they had the sensors I needed as well. Highly recommended. The only thing could have been better is if they had summer tires at that price in my size. (Not an easy accommodation) Thank you guys!

The manager and team at Mavis went above and beyond. We were 35min a 6 hour road trip with our new to me vehicle and had it at highway speeds for the first time. This turned out to be an issue as the front end of the vehicle was shaking violently. We pulled off in Janesville and found the closest shop we could, it just so happened to be Mavis and I and grateful it was! I explained our situation to the manager and he got us in right away. In less time than it took us to go across the street for lunch they had the truck up, tires balanced and back down! I know this was a simple fix but it was a Friday and they weren’t lacking customers so the fact that they took the time and helped us get on the road again speaks volumes! Thank you so much!

if you want to pay hidden fees on your tires and wait 3:30 hours for your tires to be changed this is the place for you! I paid 579.96 online which said it was everything except for tax. well at the store they force you to pay disposal and for the valves so make sure to add on $43 per job for "extras". when I asked the person about it he says ya we get alot of complaints about it but it is what it is. 3:30 hours for new tires is insane. and the place is filthy I get it's a tire shop but come on

Had an alignment done and they checked my brake system for no extra charge. When they noticed something wrong concerning my outer tie rod, they brought me back to show me to make sure we were all on the same page. Was in and out within an hour. Fast and reliable. Good experience and friendly members who went above and beyond.

5 stars for the store, 2 for the online customer system. This is my 2nd set of 4 tires on 2 different vehicles. This store gets very busy and the staff here do their very best to get customers serviced. Sure, there could be a wait but, honestly, I've waited each time for my vehicles and watch them go above and beyond to help getting customers serviced. Thank You. My advice, don't use the online system, deal directly with the store face to face. You'll have much better results.

Currently here sitting in the shop as I write this review. The staff here incredibly helpful. Called last minute to get wife’s brakes looked at. Had no trouble squeezing me in. The mechanic Austin very knowledgeable helpful explaining things. One particular staff member Caitlin R. was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I will certainly be coming back make drive from Jefferson WI to Janesville do to her excellent customer service and ability to go above beyond her job trying to help lower costs. I recommend the management there hold onto that one great workers aren’t a dime a dozen anymore. Hope this review helps others. Hope owners and management see this act accordingly.

I brought my boyfriend's car in for two front tires. I was able to call in the morning, get the two tires and replace a necessary part (they found while working) to do an alignment all within the same day. I also waited while they worked and I thought it was done in a timely manner. I would definitely return/recommend.
