This pharmacy has gone downhill ridiculously fast. Prescriptions wrong, not ready, clerks unable to handle long established insurance. This is what they're supposed to do. It shouldn't be this difficult.They absolutely need to do better. So disappointed. ~Ali

My favorite place to stop and get coffee in the morning. The attendants are always very happy and cheerful and friendly and their hazelnut coffee is delicious. I prefer the one on East Milwaukee Street over the one on racing street due to cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. ~Jason

Just called both CVS in town and WOW what a difference! I would give the woman's name but I never asked. I was just calling inquiring about squishmallows of all things and she was the KINDEST CVS employee I've ever spoke with! Kudos to this store for employing KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND WARM HEARTED PEOPLE!! ❤️ ~B

Took my daughter in this morning as she has been very sick. I have never been treated so nice by an urgent care staff as I have today. The nurse reassured me I did the right thing bringing my daughter in, when normally I'm treated like I have no idea what I'm doing. Dr. Yap was so thorough and so nice to my daughter. At the end he gave her a little stuffed animal toy. When lab results were taking a while he kept updating me and making sure my daughter was comfortable. Even the lab and x-ray techs were so nice and walked her through every step to make her feel safe and comfortable. Thank you to the staff for taking great care of your patients ~Kathleen

Pharmacists lost a prescription which turned into an altercation that could of been avoided had they of done their jobs properly and instead not rushed me to leave the store when I told them I’d wait. This has happened numerous times and every time I go in my phone number is wrong on their system even after updating it previously. Worst Walgreens in Janesville ~Shane

It's nice that it's a kwik trip now but the employees are rude especially kathy and one of the managers. I left my drivers license there and I called to see If its there. The manager didnt even look she was quick to say no it's not here and no one turned one in. I ended up going back in person when she wasnt there and got my ID back ~Ben

if you want to pay hidden fees on your tires and wait 3:30 hours for your tires to be changed this is the place for you! I paid 579.96 online which said it was everything except for tax. well at the store they force you to pay disposal and for the valves so make sure to add on $43 per job for "extras". when I asked the person about it he says ya we get alot of complaints about it but it is what it is. 3:30 hours for new tires is insane. and the place is filthy I get it's a tire shop but come on ~Keisha

They took a lot longer than they used to, and they didn't do as much for the price, they didn't even vacuum the car like they used to. On my receipt it said I declined the vacuum and fluid checks were not applicable. ~Juanita
