Just called both CVS in town and WOW what a difference! I would give the woman's name but I never asked. I was just calling inquiring about squishmallows of all things and she was the KINDEST CVS employee I've ever spoke with! Kudos to this store for employing KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND WARM HEARTED PEOPLE!! ❤️

Pharmacy never seems to have it together and lady answering phone was not helpful with my issues. Not surprised my insurance is no longer working with them.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about ALL of the staff but the Pharmacy in particular is staffed with the most personable and warm people I have ever encountered in my many years. Dawn & Melissa, the head pharmacist, are so positively invested in my families healthcare and well being. In today's world of corporate entities running slipshod over both its employees and public it would be a shame if these Court Street employees were not recognized for the amazing assets that they are in this company. Without them I would have no loyalty to CVS. As it stands now I would go no where else for my families needs.

I use this Pharmacy over all others because of the individuals that work there—>.<— They treat people like they care, because they do. They are helpful in ways above and beyond what is required to just run a pharmacy...even when they are really busy ..if at all possible. This sort of thing is hard to find these days. I truly hope whom ever owns and operates this particular store fully understands that. With out that quality, meh..take your pick of other pharmacies..all the same.

The staff is always friendly here, I have never had any problems. I order all of my prescriptions here. An expensive place to shop but their rewards program is great. The selection is average for a pharmacy. I wish they offered optical.

Always great service as well all staff very polite and professional. As to the person stating Alan is rude is far from truth. Just because store is open till 6pm does not mean pharmacy is open till 6pm.

It wouldn't let me post zero stars... The pharmacist Allan is very rude. I TRIED to explain to him when I googled CVS pharmacy on W.Court St., the hours posted say they are open until 6, not 5 when they actually close. I went last night at 5:30 thinking they would be open and they were closed. Needless to say I went without. He argued with me on the phone that I wasn't seeing what I was seeing so when I went in I showed him on my phone. He continued to argue with me to the point I had to tell him to just stop. Very unprofessional in my view.
