Drove 150 miles to see my doctor of 10 plus years, I was 20 minutes late and they canceled my appointment, great policy!

If people need their medicine, they will die waiting, second I was miss diagnosed. The doctor told me that I was fine, almost died of streptococcal pneumonia. Admitted immediately after going to another hospital! Now can’t get my prescription I have had for over 20 years. You will die here!

I was employed there, had to resign due to being deployed for a mission trip and ministry. I gave them 4 weeks notice. I received a paycheck that had a sign on bonus with my normal paycheck. I have called my supervisor, my director, the head of ER, the payroll, payroll supervisor, I have left a ticket for someone to handle it with a “critical” on there since we were leaving. I never cashed the paycheck and all I did was ask if they could cancel the check and re-issue it without the bonus. They stated no. No explanation, no one stated they would help, I was on hold 5 times with Human Resources, my recruiter, the onboarding team and I would say it was about 6 hours of phone holds and transfers and no answers. I still have the check, we are on mission, not getting paid and no one has stepped up to help solve this issue. I’m deeply unsatisfied and disappointed with Bon Secours as a whole. I would definitely tell people to not waste their time or efforts investing into this company and I am not done complaining or seeking counsel on my last two paychecks.

Took my daughter in this morning as she has been very sick. I have never been treated so nice by an urgent care staff as I have today. The nurse reassured me I did the right thing bringing my daughter in, when normally I'm treated like I have no idea what I'm doing. Dr. Yap was so thorough and so nice to my daughter. At the end he gave her a little stuffed animal toy. When lab results were taking a while he kept updating me and making sure my daughter was comfortable. Even the lab and x-ray techs were so nice and walked her through every step to make her feel safe and comfortable. Thank you to the staff for taking great care of your patients

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve been sick for 5 days, without feeling better. I decided it was time to see a doctor. When Dr. Yap came in and learned of my symptoms, he started laughing at me. Asking if I like to worry about little things. I even asked “Are you calling me a hypochondriac?” I was shocked by his question. He then looked into my medical history, and started to laugh again! He even said he was sorry for laughing at me and my medical history. Is my health a joke? I left feeling so unimportant and taken advantage of, that I’m pulling my whole family from Mercy Health. I rather drive 2 hours to my old doctors then to ever step foot in another Mercy clinic.

The doctor ran tests I told him I did not want. I told him these tests were previously tested at a separate place for the same issue and I did not see the need for them and did not want them. I told him I could provide the test results from the previous place if he wanted him. He still ran the tests without my consent. When I appealed this on multiple levels they said the test fit my symptoms and I owed them for the test despite saying I did not want the test in the first place. I suggest not going here and if you do be very careful because they don't seem to care about their patients, but only getting the money out of their patients pockets.

The best urgent care around. Been there twice. Once for my daughter and once for myself and they have been great. Extremely fast to get you in and take care of you and very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nelsen is a great dermatologist. Both kids really liked him and more importantly both stated they felt comfortable with how he explained everything. (They are 12 and 14) His nurse Lorena was also fantastic. The lab did great with a terrified child needing blood work

Services provided were very over priced. Took two children in for strep throat total bill self pay, with all discounts was almost $700. If I had know the charges were so high I would have went elsewhere.
