Buying a mattress is the kind of thing most people do every decade or so. While a good quality mattress isn’t cheap, when doing the math on the amount of use one gets…it’s actually not expensive. I didn’t really want to shop for a new mattress, but I had to. I went into the Mattress Giant in Kimball Junction prepared for a chore. However, store manager Gabriel made the process easy. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He pointed me in the right direction and I’m excited to get my new mattress. The whole staff was fun to be around as we tried our different beds. It’s refreshing to deal with professional people. I highly recommend this store, this location, and the folks who make customers like me happy.

Ask for Lisa, I think she is the manger. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with each and every mattress. Not pushy at all and was able to keep us in our price range and still get a wonderful bed! Very happy without experience.
