This review is in regards to a microwave purchase with a 5 year extended warranty. The microwave started having issues in July 2022 and it was only 2 years old. We requested service under the extended warranty. We had a tech here 4 times over 3 months and still didn’t have a functioning microwave. They apparently only have one tech that can work on microwaves so we would get scheduled 2 weeks out every time after waiting for parts. The final straw was when they had the part but no tech to install it for over 3-4 weeks. I finally demanded a refund on the microwave. They offered store credit for the microwave and the warranty. 4 months of aggravation. Very disappointed in them. Moral of this story is don’t buy a microwave extended warranty from them because they can’t back it up. We went elsewhere for our new one.

After ordering my La-Z-Boy chair I found out that the salesman was no longer with the company and that the chair hadn’t been ordered or or I don’t know what the problem is. Anyway the lady that took over at the department I did sales from the gentleman who sold it to me called on the order and said it wouldn’t be ready until late January late February and I probably wouldn’t get it till late February or March. Then last week last Friday which would’ve been October 22 I guess She called and said that the chair had come in and after I had ordered the chair in July I was excited that it was coming in. The men who brought the chair were very efficient and quick and brought it in and made sure that it was working and it was a delight they were very kind and quick and gone quickly. I was happily surprised that the chair came in before

I called the store to replace the microwave in my home. It stopped working after 3 years. All my appliances were purchased by the builder at Boulevard. I ordered the same matching microwave to be delivered and installed. The salesman charged me $50 more than the website price and also charged me $20 more than the website price for a 3 year warranty. I just happened to look at the website after the purchase to look at something else and realized what had taken place. Be careful when you shop here. They did refund me the difference but that would not have happened if I hadn’t complained. The sales person called me and said that they had already refunded me the difference to my credit card the day I purchased it but their billing dept told me 11 days after the purchase there was no credit showing up on my account. They also charged me 120.00 to remove and replace the microwave that was nothing more than unplugging the old one, unscrewing two bolts, pulling it out and doing the reverse to put the same unit back in. 5 minutes tops. Really!

We were able to buy an entire house full of furniture from BlvdHome and loved every step of the way, from start to finish. The sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, providing helpful suggestions based on our interior design tastes. The selection options were incredible. We ended up with exactly what we were looking for in our home. Then to top it off, the BlvdHome delivery service was the best we have ever experienced. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a single piece of furniture to an entire house full of furniture. We are now happy BlvdHome customers for life.

The appliances salesman Derick was excellent at this job. He got me checked out over the phone and set up delivery. I had such a wonderful experience that I shared my story with my neighbors. By chance 1 neighbor needed a dishwasher and the other neighbor needed a stove. They called ordered and got there appliances delivered on the same load. AMAZING!! Thank you Blvd Home

My experience was wonderful. Ordered online Saturday and received a call shortly about the delivery date. Your delivery guy called the morning set up just like I was told and was very nice. They came at the time I was given, removed the old piece of furniture and brought in the new with no problems. Thank you Blvd Home!! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I bought 1 of their beanbags back in March & couldn't put it together until this month (May) due to a fractured wrist. THE FILLER FOR THIS BAG ISN'T ENOUGH & everytime I try & sit in it, I'm on the floor. It's not good with my medical issues to try & get out of this beanbag. I have twisted my knee 4 times trying to get out. I've even turned it over several times a week to "FLUFF IT UP!! I've called & complained & even went in to the Mesquite Store & talked to the manager about this & he stated that he can't do anything about it as it's past the 14 day, no questions asked return policy. So basically, I wasted about $200.00 & can't use & enjoy it. The least they could do is to give me a refund, but he wouldn't even do that!!

I bought a sectional at Blvd Home during their New Years tax free sale on 1/1/22. The saleswoman, Lori R, wrote up the bill supposedly according to what we wanted. We waited 2 full months for the sectional to be delivered, and when it came, the corner piece was missing. I called the store for 2 straight days and left messages for the saleswoman without a return call. Finally, the third day, she called me back and basically said after her mistake, and the amount of time we had to wait for an incorrect delivery, the best she could do was give us 10% off on the missing piece. I asked for something better, as the same thing happened to a friend with an Ashley Home Store purchase, and they were given the missing piece at no charge, plus $200 back on the total price of their sectional for the delay. I got a call from the manager, Jason. He said he told Lori not to even give 10% off on the mistake, only to give 5%, and that was all they would do. My take away: make any further home furnishing purchases somewhere besides Blvd Home, where customers pay for Blvd employees' mistakes.
