Best mattress store in St. George, Utah (UT) 2024

As soon as I walked in I saw this couch and loveseat the colors were what I was looking for. Delivery was very smooth. The guys were great. Will definitely use Designer Furniture Gallery again. ~Janet

I bought a sectional at Blvd Home during their New Years tax free sale on 1/1/22. The saleswoman, Lori R, wrote up the bill supposedly according to what we wanted. We waited 2 full months for the sectional to be delivered, and when it came, the corner piece was missing. I called the store for 2 straight days and left messages for the saleswoman without a return call. Finally, the third day, she called me back and basically said after her mistake, and the amount of time we had to wait for an incorrect delivery, the best she could do was give us 10% off on the missing piece. I asked for something better, as the same thing happened to a friend with an Ashley Home Store purchase, and they were given the missing piece at no charge, plus $200 back on the total price of their sectional for the delay. I got a call from the manager, Jason. He said he told Lori not to even give 10% off on the mistake, only to give 5%, and that was all they would do. My take away: make any further home furnishing purchases somewhere besides Blvd Home, where customers pay for Blvd employees' mistakes. ~Jenna
