Extremely helpful store people! I was surprised at the amount of assistance I was granted during a "Black Friday " Saturday sale. Wow. Both of those who helped appeared to be of retiree age - and customer service was their priority.

Two people staffing checkout; a pleasant chap helping a customer, and an angry woman fighting with her register. Unlucky us, we got the angry woman. Once she finally acknowledged us (after a 5-min wait, no one else in line), I had the audacity to ask, during the busiest shopping week of the year (Black Friday) if there was a discount on the item we were purchasing. She looked at me as though I'd just grown a second head, and then spat out "I don't know, let's find out"; then "That'll be [non-discounted amount]" I then asked about details on their Beyond+ program featured on a nearby sign, she kept hissing "scan it and save 20%" - even though I explicitly asked for details on what the program involved *beyond what we could all clearly read on the sign. (You know: is it a yearly subscription?; what is the cost?; what are the benefits?; etc) As I looked away from the sign back to her, she rolled her eyes in an exaggerated way. I said "You seem to be in a very bad mood, so I'm going to go over here (to the pleasant cashier)" She then attempted to engage me in a quarrel after that, yelling that she wasn't in a bad mood, and continued to complain about me to her next customers. >> Dear Manager: Please coach this woman (working 11:30am, Nov 21, 2021) on how to be in a service position. It's not that hard. Just do your job, and don't be rude. (it might also help if she weren't clearly hungover) <<

Management in store is poor the inventory looks like they're ready to close close customer service non existent cleanliness is cleanliness is very poor. Looks like the store is about to close because they have hardly any inventory and minimal staff.

Store is empty, no Christmas items, unfriendly help. Store does not feel welcoming. You walk in then walk right out.

The store was relatively low on stock for several items we were looking for. Could be due to outside factors. No one to help find items. The folks historically have been very helpful.

Great place to shop. The employee Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products of the store. I would recommend bed bath & beyond for any and all of your home and kitchen needs. Thank you Mike for the help in picking out the perfect knife for my use.

Usually when you buy something from an establishment they thank you, right? I’ve shopped this store twice in the past week, once to pick up an order that they said was there and wasn’t, so I came back, thus the two visits. I never received a call to let me know the order was there, but I bought a few items anyway, no thanks from the cashier. When I stopped by again the next week to check on the order for pick up, (they never called to tell me it was there even though they swore they would), I ended up waiting for a long time and shopped, and again found a few things to buy. Again, never a thank you for the purchase or for having to come back twice, or for having to wait 20 mins while they sifted through orders. Am I just being to picky and expecting some gratitude for paying the cashiers salary through my purchases? Maybe so, but common courtesy is missing at this store.

Used to loiter here with my friends in Highschool, over years have shifted to calling constantly to ask if they have certain coffee related merch for my workplace. Overall solid staff, good product selection and awesome store aesthetic for teenagers that think they have nothing better to do.

I would of given a 5 star, but I was just in there yesterday where I traveled from Wyoming and spent $200.00 along with whatever my daughter-in-law spent, then I just seen where your store won't carry anymore Trump products. Really? He's the President of the U.S.A.! What's the matter with you people? It's a good thing I didn't find this out until today. If I hadn't taken everything out of the packaging, I'd be making a special trip from Wyoming to return everything! You were one of my favorite stores and now I consider you disgusting & garbage! You just lost a good customer. My friends & family will feel the same! There's plenty of other stores around. Good riddance!
