My daughter (15) and I came here for back to school clothes shopping. She was able to sort through a ton of clothes and find a few great items. I felt like I got a fantastic deal on her clothes because most of the items were around $6! She was happy and so was I :) I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the cashier wasn’t the nicest.

We used to shop at Ross a lot, they always seem to have great deals, but I will say that the quality of the clothing, like the brands we used to love to see, no longer show up. The men's t-shirts are a joke, comparable to what you would find at thrift stores. It would be nice to see some nicer name brand clothing back on the shelves, as well as shoes. I used to always buy my shoes from Ross back in the day, and now all that are on the shelves are cleats or hideous rejected shoes.

Dressing room attendant was very rude and when going to check out I had to ask to be assisted. The young lady at the returns/exchange register saw me in line for an exchange and turned away to fold clothes and talk to the store greeter. So I ended up asking the other lady for assistance once she finished with her customer.

Love Ross dress for less! I mean yeah I couldn’t buy all my clothes and stuff here but it’s got a few treasures if you’re willing to sift through all the other.

I live in the Salt Lake City area but was traveling through Layton one weekend and decided to stop in to browse. Everyone in the store was super friendly and excellent to work with. I accidentally left a bag of merchandise at the store when I left and the manager was super helpful in helping me find my items a few days later. She was THE BEST manager of a Ross that I have come across. Very kind and understanding. I will absolutely be visiting this store again due to the excellent customer service I received. Good job on hiring that manager! She’s the best!

Great place for men's sneakers! If you are a sneaker head, or just a shoe guy, you won't be disappointed. Jordans, Adidas, Pumas, Nikes, Brooks, the list goes on.
