If I could give them zero stars I would, they shut my account t down Bc of a mistake that was not even my fault. Then the branch manager Matt just ignored my emails and stopped responding. Very unprofessional. This bank needs to be shut down! This is the worse bank!!!!!!!

I drove up to the drive through at exactly 6:00 PM on a Friday and they literally closed the curtains on me. I rang the bell and they said they were closed. I told them I just needed to deposit a check. No cash or withdrawl or anything difficult. I was helping an employee by depositing their check for them. They were out of town and needed the money over the weekend. They still refused. They stood there talking through a closed curtain and didn't even have the decency to open it. There were no other cars around. I have never been treated so rude in my life. The bank says they are "there for us" but those are only words. They never do anything extra to help. Update: I tried to deposit the check on Saturday but they changed their hours (due to Covid-1) but they didn't update their hours on Google or their website, so I got there at 1:10 PM well before the advertised 2:00 PM closing time and they were closed. I understand the need for social distancing, but why did they shut down the drive through too? I feel like they are just trying to save money by cutting hours back. It makes no sense. Of all businesses out there, we need banks to stay open and help people with financial crisis. After this, and countless other disappointing experiences too many to mention here, I will be taking my business to another bank or credit union.

Very, very kind. I get off work at 4:30 and needed to come in last minute, there were no scoffs or dagger eyes. Everyone was professional and helpful. I know how upsetting it can be when someone walks in last minute. Lory Perez and another young lady at the front desk were very professional. Thank you!

Bad service went with my uncle's to cash their work checks & they thought they stole them for being Hispanic! Had to call the main owner of the construction company to talk to the teller telling them he had 2M. & no they didn't steal the check. Pure racism.

Had business accounts with Wells Fargo in the past during that time of the new accounts scandal, and closed my accounts. One thing good with a large company wanting to gain the public's trust again? They will do everything to not let something like that happen again. So I opened personal accounts this time trusting in the system. Banker, Martha Monroy, was a pleasure to work with! She was friendly and knowledgeable! The tellers are very friendly as well.

Very bad...have been with them for a year in a half and have had nothing but bad experiences...they ALWAYS wanna put holds on checks ( which i always cash there) Just went to try to get MY money out of My account without my debit card...showed 2 forms of id, my MILITARY id and my social security card they informed me i couldn't use my social security card as an id...really? But she asked if i had a credit card as an id???! When is a credit card a form of id?? When is a social security card Not an id? Plus considering I've done this MANY times here already...so i go to another wells Fargo and have no problems at all...really won't be back at this bank EVER AGAIN!! Seems like more people walk out of this particular bank pissed off..never will go back here again!!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo in this facility for over 3 years. I haven't had any issues with them at all. They are efficient, friendly and make me feel like a valuable customer each time.

I opened up an account online on a Thursday. I went into this branch the following day and deposited $1,000 in CASH. Later that day, another Wells Fargo customer deposited a check from Wells Fargo into my account. So in other words, all the money in the account was either cash or funds collected at Wells Fargo. At about 3:30 in the afternoon, I went back into the branch and requested that they cut me a cashiers check for $2,500. I had a contractor that needed to be paid. After an hour and a half of going back and forth, they refused to release ANY of the money to me. NONE....ZILCH...NADA. They wouldn't even let me close the account! Nor would they let me withdraw the $1,000 in cash. Nor would they cut a counter check for me. The top that off, the manager didn't even have the courage to relay the news to me after they finally figured out that they wouldn't do it. He pawned it off on the guy that was trying to help me, Ben, who was the only one that seem to understand that the whole thing was completely ridiculous. If you want access to your cash that you have deposited, don't go to Wells Fargo! An act of Congress would have been easier.

So mad at these guys right now! I own a business across the street and we were low on change. I went over to get some change and they said they wont give me change because I don't have an account with them. Funny how the one in Ogden will give us change when we need it. Some dude in a shirt and tie came over and tried to be all friendly about it, and ws like sorry, we need an account to give someone change. I don't believe that because Ogden does it, no problem. Like seriously, you can't make change for a $50 to help out a local business or even a local person? This is the same type of crap I ran into at the Wells Fargo branch in Pocatello. Wells Fargo is the only bank that I have ever had this issue with. Do they think they are better than all the other banks? They don't have to provide the basic services that the rest of the industry provides? It is such a sign of arrogance and pompousness. Shame on Wells Fargo. Don't even get me started about when I did have a business account with them and the Business account rep in Pocatello ID lied to me about being charged a monthly fee a few months into the account. When I discovered this and talked with them about it, the response was tough and it just shows to me that this company is pretty smug and arrogant. You can look at their history with how they got themselves into trouble back in 08 and got bailout money. Go google and see what they did with it, with out taxpayers money. It is a shame how these guys help nearly destroy our economy and just ran off with the money. Wells Fargo, do the right thing!

Nothing good the fees are ridiculous! Wired $$ from Wells Fargo , with the banker.. Never mentioned a $30 fee, to transfer..?? Really?? $30...it's not the point of the money, it's the point of not telling me! I had to find out by bank statements!
