Got the dirtiest looks the minute I walked in, got to the check out and employee was very rude. We have the same name “mikaylah” but I prefer to go by kaylah, this employee continues to say “no offense but I hate the name kaylah just never liked it I prefer to go by micky”. As a retail employee that is something to should never say even if you do feel that way, I’m not one to normally care but I would hate to have someone go in and have the same experience as I did.

My boyfriend and I walked in and there was a girl and guy working and they were sitting on the cash register counter and were both GLUED to their phones. They didn't look up once and greet us, the whole time I was browsing they were still glued to their phones and clueless of everything going on around them. When I approached the girl and asked her for a dressing room she said "there should be one open, if not come and grab me and I'll open one" instead of just taking me to them and making sure one was available. I still bought the shorts because they were super cute but I HIGHLY suggest not going to the Pac Sun at Layton Hills Mall, go to any other location. They lacked EVERYTHING in customer service. Very disappointed.

They have cute clothes but the workers are just teenagers and don’t know what they are doing. Having to wait in front of everyone for 30mins just to get 3:92 dollars all in coins. After they had attitude when it was there problem they made. They could have just gave me 4$. Would it really hurt your business to lose 8 cents. Crazy. They need to hire people that know how to act professional.

They have a great selection of clothing here, they even have quite a bit for men, which is unusual. I always look for the deals in any store, but for some reason at Pac Sun when I get my buy 1 get 1 free to the register, they always ring up wrong, ALWAYS! After a conversation, me walking the employees over to show them the signs, then having to get a manager to adjust the price, it is finally corrected. But they do have very nice clothes and a great selection. So, I will still shop here, still wait for the price adjustments, and wear my new clothes!

Horrible customer service. Two associates were folding clothes and talking about their boyfriends and never even acknowledged us. Had to “interrupt” their conversation to ask for a fitting room. Came out to ask a question and another associate had joined the conversation, so I couldn’t find anyone to ask. I didn’t want to interrupt them again. Apparently their personal conversations are much more important than doing their job and being available for customers. No wonder retail is dying. If you take the time to visit a store, you expect some kind of service, not to be completely ignored. Will spend our money elsewhere.

Whenever i shop here, i feel like i’m being watched. they hire way to many workers who just sit around and have nothing better to do other then stare at you the whole time you shop. i felt uncomfortable even picking up a shirt that was folded because i knew immediately they were going to come over to me and fix it. i swear i have never stole anything ever, and i don’t think i look like someone who would steal something so i have no idea why i am so interesting to watch😂 overall the employees are the real problem.

If I could give a -1 I would. The absolute worst shopping experience ever! My daughter and I stopped in yesterday to shop and not once did the employee which was only one at the time acknowledge that we were there or needed a dressing room. My daughter had to go under the door to try something on. But the worst part of all was that there was a man in there that made our visit extremely uncomfortable and your employee never said a word to him or ask him to leave. So we did! I will never go back and will be trying to get a hold of corporate also. I hope they have video!

This place has the worst customer service ever! Went in there yesterday and the 2 boys that were working didn't even welcome, ask if we were looking for anything special, ask to see if they had a shoe size in stock and that was pushing it for them to help us. 1 kid was texting on his phone the whole time. Come on hire kids who have a work ethic. One good thing...it showed my teenage son how not to act when he has a job. Need to know what customer service is like shop at Buckle. They treat their customers with respect.

We waited 30 minutes to buy something at the register, but for some reason there were no employees working the floor. There was a "Help Wanted" sign, so you can see they are understaffed, but even then there should be at least one person working. Finally we left because no one was coming to help us and despite searching the store we couldn't find anyone to help us. The store was also pretty dirty. The floor had clearly not been swept in a while and trash was all over the floor. It was pretty ridiculous, especially since their clothing is priced higher.

Walked in to the store being in shambles. Never asked once by the two employees if I needed help or asked how I was doing. The one older girl just sitting on the counter on her phone the whole time and both had food behind the counter just eating it out in the open. Never asked for any sizes while I was standing by the shoes but it’s fine. No wonder they’re going out of business, hiring such unprofessional employees.
