2 stars because we love our sofa but I do not recommend purchasing any furniture other than a La-Z-Boy brand sofa or recliner from La-Z-Boy. Originally purchased a coffee table and end table from this store that I decided after getting home would not work and called the next day to cancel the order but was informed that the furniture was a custom order even though the items were in stock in a warehouse and I was never told the order would be considered a custom order. Funny enough the sales person was able to put a hold on the order though. I was eventually told that I could order other furniture that was on the showroom floor but I could not receive a refund for the original order. Ordered a new coffee and end table that was overpriced for the quality of the furniture and was another set that I was not really happy with. When they were finally delivered the end table was damaged and the coffee table is not great quality with warped pieces. After 8 months of attempted repairs and the service ticket being closed erroneously or quite possibly intentionally, a new end table was finally delivered. However, we were advised by customer service that we would be able to keep the irreparable end table and that was not the case so the damaged table (could have lived with the hard to see damages) left with the delivery drivers. I regret ever purchasing any furniture other than the sofa but I will very likely never purchase any La-Z-Boy furniture item again after this horrible experience with their customer service.

Scott was very helpful in assisting us in finding the right recliner we were looking for. He showed us various models until we found the exact chair that suits our needs. It's wonderful that LazyBoy has so many options with choices of fabric, power vs manual, etc. We were able to pick each aspect of the chair for our needs. We had been in the store a few days earlier and really liked the quality and comfort of the recliners. We needed 2 loveseats and 2 recliners for a new home and had seen acceptable loveseats but not recliners in other stores. So, we went back to LazyBoy to choose loveseats and recliners. Scott and Rachel made our experience as effortless as possible in choosing and coordinating the right colors and fabrics. The design service is top notch! Thank you Scott and Rachel!

We had a wonderful shopping experience at the North Charleston La-Z-boy store thanks to Scott McCutcheon. He really listened to what we were looking for and made helpful recommendations based on our needs and likes. I also appreciate his patience as we revisited our favorite couch several times to be sure it was "the one." During the final ordering process, it was also fun to learn that the CEO for the Southeast Region of La-Z-boy, Martha Brown, is a Columbia College grad! Go Koalas!

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by a nice, not overbearing gentleman. I browsed and when I sat down on a few, he would mention some knowledge about that chair (s). The salesman made the environment pleasant for me to be able to decide on a chair for my husband. Very at ease and would purchase there again !

We stopped by the north charleston store just to look at their recliners with no intention to make a purchase. The salesman we had was very helpful and was zero pressure; we found a recliner we liked and with the sale price very "comfortable" as the recliner, we bought it. A very pleasurable experience overall.

I purchased my furniture from the North Charleston, SC location. Although I had a wonderful sales person in Larry and fantastic designer in Rachel, the quality of my furniture is beyond atrocious. The sectional looks as if it were built by an amateur. The cushions on the back don’t line up properly. The foam was cut incorrectly and has ridges and valleys. The “piping” around the edges of the seat cushions look like a winding mountain road. Not one of them is straight, and some cushions are taller then the others. Moving on to the coffee table, another mess. There are scratches, black marks and blemishes all over. I have had a service person come out to look at it. I then received one call about them ordering parts as opposed to ordering a new piece. Since then, I have heard nothing. My sales person has also tried calling, yet no reply from the service or management team. Next, we have the bedroom set, another disappointment. The corners on both sides are completely discolored. La-z-Boy decided that it was appropriate to send a marker to try and color in the issues. I refuse to do this because of the cost of the furniture. As I told my sales person, you wouldn’t leave a car lot with a scratch on a new car and touch up paint. All in all, I would not recommend La-z-Boy to any person who asks my opinion.
