Placed order on line and realized that I inadvertently put in wrong date. Contacted location and they were helpful in locating the order and getting details adjusted. $200 order, so need to make sure that it was right. Good service.

Thur 1/13/2022 2:20 PM. Ordered a giant ham and swiss and a mini #5 in store to go. Wife messed up. She wanted #6 thinking it was a #5. Our bad. Our mistake. It happens. ANY offer whatsoever to make her another mini #6 when I brought it to their attention??? NOPE!!!! NADA. Nothing. You would think since it’s a mini, a stinking little mini, they would have! A giant?? Maybe I would get it. Probably not but maybe. Would all depend on the attitude of the customer. But a MINI??? You should have made her another one and just said have a great day!!! No hesitation, no wondering, no thinking to yourself, just grab the sandwich and make her another one! That’s customer service. That’s people who care… And since I’m here, change your lids already!!! How many more years have to go by before some genius figures out the lids are too small for your cups at EVERY LOCATION and it takes 10 minutes to get them on??? I’m shocked someone at corporate or some manager or someone somewhere hasn’t passed this along by now but I challenge any employee to get one on like a normal lid

Taste of steak sandwich was decent. Little skimpy on the meat. Ordered x-tra cheese and was barely any on it at all. Way too expensive. Whole steak, chips, drink, & cookie was over 25.00

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were neatly made and the ingredients were good. Not fresh from the farm, but good. I like their care in putting together your sandwich just the way you want it!

Like most places you go to now they sort you on the amount of product your supposed to get. If the sandwich calls for 4 pieces of cheese they give you 2 or 3 at the most.. It's pretty pathetic if you think about it. Restaurants aren't the only ones hurting from this pandemic. I started looking for another sandwich shop..

Well, I was hoping for a good sandwich, but I was pretty disappointed with my regular size chicken beacon ranch $8.75. My daughter had a giant ham and cheese $13.75, old bread. Small bag of chips $1.29 and bottle of water $2.79. A total of plus tax $29.50. Will not go back again. Over priced for your money. Couldn't even finished my sandwich because it was that bad.

Jersey Mike's Subs on International Boulevard in North Charleston is a great place to stop for a good sandwich when you are hungry and in need of something quick. The sandwiches here are well made and the ingredients are very fresh and tasty. The staff here is very efficient at getting everything done fast while still maintaining quality. They have been consistent with their quality every time I have been here and have never let me down.

I've been to alot of jersey Mike's and they all are nice. This one was no different. I ordered the #56 minus the red peppers and mushrooms. I ordered online for a later time so when I arrived they made my order an hour early. They told me before I even asked. But then they said hey we'll just make a fresh one. They did, then gave me both. I made sure to tip generously. Again they are the best. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They get five stars and if I could give more..... Thanks jersey Mike's.

Although this is not my typical Jersey Mike's, the chain is so consistent that it's easy to spot any differences. In this case, it's the level of friendly. Don't get me wrong, the staff was fine and the sammich was slammin' as always! But I noticed that when a couple of regulars came in, they were welcomed with a smile, given a couple of "extras" and generally treated better. It's not that I want preferential treatment. I just want to know that my buck is worth 100 pennies just like theirs. Imagine if they treated everyone with special regard... I think the world might slip off it's axis! 🌐
