Exceptionally slow service with employees standing around or barely moving even with a long line. Saw a few customers get a wrong item and even with a receipt the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and walked away. Not to mention literally almost every table was sticky.

Ordered 2 #5's. 10 piece chicken McNuggets w/ 🍟 & 2 Coca-Cola's and 4 #7's. The 2 🍔 meals w/ 🍟, 3 Hi-C's and 1 Sprite and it was the 💣. 👍 Drive thru and great and wonderful customer service as always. Located off the Interstate with friendly staff. Semi clean dining room and restrooms. Food was fresh. I informally met a new cashier and he was very nice and calm although he was placed in an area he wasn't trained for. Clearly this was not his fault. GREAT JOB TJ AND THANKS FOR BEING SO KIND!! I PRAY YOU BECOME THE GREAT HARD WORKING MAN YOU ALREADY ARE!!❤

Fries were ice cold. These fries had NO warmth to them at all! I circled back through the drive thru to get some fries that were at least warm. I was polite and asked for fresh fries or a refund would be okay if more fries were unavailable. Young man at window had an horrible attitude. Why was he upset that I ask for fresh fries?? It absolutely made zero sense for him to be upset about replacing fries. He actually gave me my replacement fries while singing/rapping. Very RUDE! Worst experience at this location ever. I probably won’t be back.

This McDonald's is the best one I've been in or at the drive through in a very long time .The food is hot and fresh. The sweet tea is perfect. And they smile and are very friendly when I can I go out of my way to go to this one even though there's another one closer. But the extra distance is worth it

So as a door dasher I have been to this location a few times and every time told I have to go inside to pick up orders. Well tonight I just decided to go ahead and go in where I wait in the lobby for 1/2 (with manager walking by me and other associates and people in the kitchen area laughing and joking) before getting someone's attention that I'm here to pick up an order that showed on the screen it was ready. And the girl in the back tells me that they are short staffed and I would have to use the kiosk. I said I'm not placing an order I'm picking up one. And she proceeded to get rude with me.

What in the He/!. A medium fry in a large container???? Asked for fresh...received luke-warm to cold fries. Tasted like fried in old, rancid grease. Yuck!!!! $3.69+ tax down the drain.
