So I wanted to check and see if I left a review after tonight's mishap. Safe to say we are done with this location, which is a shame because we live in the neighborhood it's attached to. In the past, it was how the employee at window was either rude or none attentive with myself, as i was the one that went and got the food. Went past three strikes because it's covenant being 2 minutes away. Today, my wife was feeling a burger, asked if I wanted anything, and I asked for a ten piece, nothing hard. After she ordered her food and got her found, half the order was not in the bag yet she paid for it. The hurriedly put in the chicken nuggets in and she came back. I didn't get a 10 piece, I got an 7 piece. The fries weren't even hot, more like luke warm borderline cold. This is the the last time we will ever go back due to constant issues they've had since they threw up that closed dining room sign. Once that sign comes down, I will happily order my food, check it and leave. But not before then

Amazing job compared to what I have recently experienced with fast food restaurants. Employees were happy even though it was extremely busy, and I was actually given the correct order! This is probably the first time my order was correct at this location in years.

Been there twice and both times they couldn't make change. My bill was 27.08 and I gave her 40.00. She gave me 12.00 back so I lost 98 cents. Also wanted both meals large. Gave me one large drink and one small. Won't be going back.

One thing you can’t fake or hide his love. My son-in-law came through the drive-through today and we were having a bad day. The two young ladies that helped us went out of their way to take care of me and my son and even give A toy and we didn’t order a kids mailal. Food was great but the service was outstanding. Definitely recommend

I rated this location poorly a year ago. But yesterday when we were in the drive through the crew member was so professional. They had to be the kindness drive thru associate I ever came across. I was very impressed.

Fast food in Bluffton is very hit or miss (mostly miss) but this Wendy's, which is close to my home, has been spot on every time. The workers are friendly and happy to see my tiny pup and the food is always hot & fresh!

After waiting in the line for 30 minutes the food was horrible it was cold taste and it like it came out of the garbage. I ended up throwing it away because, I work in South Carolina but I live in Savannah so I was on the road headed home. I was at the Wendy's that's in South Carolina right across the bridge next to the Parker's convenience store by the Publix grocery store in that area. And the cashier didn't even give me my receipt I didn't notice it until I got home and was looking for the receipt.

Absolutely awful service always 2-3 employees at all times of the day no matter how busy they are some days the inside is u lock and some says they aren't has a sigh out front saying taking mobile order just for them to send you thru the drive thru to pick up

Won’t be going back. The staff was very unprofessional, wearing ear buds, hoodies and normal clothing like they were at home. The woman fixing drinks was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They also only had 1 type of salad which I only found out after asking for the other 3. Food was not up to normal Wendy’s standard as well. The chips were also expired which makes me worry what else is!
