If you like molasses, this is the place for you. I had a nail in my tire, Manager on duty, Steve, immediately said that nobody could look at it until the next day, and this was Tuesday morning. And then charge me $45? To remove a nail and do a patch? So they might be very good for brakes and tires, but if you have somewhat of an emergency you might want to go elsewhere

I had a nail in my tire on a Saturday around Noon. I was visiting from out of town for a work conference. With about 14psi in my tire I was able to make it to this NTB location. When I walked in I was able to be seen right a way by one of the two representatives. I politely explained my situation and was informed that they could not promise to help me that day and I would likely have to leave my car and pick it up on Monday. I had to leave the following day to drive home 3 hours, so riding on the small spare tire seemed like a bad idea. I mentioned to the representative that I would need to get air in my tire in order to try finding someplace else that could look at my tire. He just looked at me and offered no help or suggestions. I understand they were busy but cut a person a break! Make an offer to put some air in my tire and possibly suggest a few places near by that I could take my car to that might be able to help. I even saw a technician filling a tire outside of a bay as I was walking back out to my car, so it would have been an easy thing to do. This representative was unfriendly, unhelpful, and did not seem to care about his potential customer. I located a nearby Firestone using Google maps and was able to limp there. They went out of their way to work me in that afternoon. The tire was patched about 3 hours later and I was on my way. That's all anyone could ask for, kindness and a little help. I will never use NTB in the future and don't recommend this store at all.

Stopped in to have a valve stem replaced on my trailer tire. Ms. Jamie greeted me and took my tire to the back and within 10 mins she reappeared with the tire and new valve stem installed. She explained to me the difference in low/high pressure stems and explained that's why mine was leaking. The replaced mine with the high pressure valve and I was on my way. A fantastic experience and I was very happy with my visit and the great service I received.

I brought my car in to get my brakes replaced. After they replaced them, they kept squeaking and I had to bring it back two more times. After talking to them about what the issue could be (we both couldn't figure it out), they replaced the brakes again and they have been perfect ever since. I called in on a Friday morning and they made sure the brakes were in for Saturday so they could take of me ASAP. They are phenomenal at making sure the customer is happy and they stand behind their work. Will definitely be bringing back my car to them!
