142 for basic mobile one change now. That's like a 50% increase. Dave was not on site today. The guys refused to rotate my tires because "truck was too big" for the lift. Comical, I'm not dumb... Lady before me got the full works of flushes but judging by the anxiety-filled looks on their faces when I pulled up they weren't doing something right Lost a customer today. I went here for my last oil change. Not only did they try and get me to replace an engine filter, that had recently been replaced. I just got another oil change (from another company) and found out that they over-tightend one of the fasteners on the skid plate on my truck, causing it to break off... Service: Oil change

Took my car in for an oil change about a month ago. Came in today because my car is leaking oil from the filter. I was told it's not oil, not my filter, but that my radiator was leaking. These guys really wanted to be done at 2pm and dont care that they botched an oil change job. Going anywhere else but here from now on, which Im sure is a relief to the staff. Such an amazing place! I have been waiting to get an oil change from a different company that ripped me off and Grease Monkey was able to get me in right away! Amazing staff! They were kind, efficient, and quick with everything they did! Definitely recommend coming to this location. Only place I’ll trust from now on for my oil changes.

I wanted to give a big shout out to the guys at the Grease Monkey in Broomfield. Just when I had started to think that customer service was a thing of the past in this post covid landscape, I got my oil changed. I was having one of those days where everything that could go wrong, did. I was frazzled to say the least. I wasn't my best or nicest self.The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Great service. I was shown what recommended maintenance I should do at 60k miles, but was told to check my records to see if it had been done yet instead of a high pressure sale. Same with my air filter. Quick service. Nice staff!
