Unfriendly staff and acted annoyed when I asked a question. AND...DSW, please stop sending me coupons for $60 off $199 that exclude pretty much everything. Maybe list the shoes it does apply to? This would be a much shorter list. Read the fine print, people!

Terrible selection of mens shoes. That’s it. It’s a shoe store. And if one more person there says “have you checked online” I’ll scream. JFC Ild order from Amazon if I wanted shoes off the Internet. There’s a reason I’m at your physical brick and mortar.

Needed to return a pair of shoes that started ripping off during first time of me wearing them… had to spend a good half hour explaining that I need my money back. They just didn’t want to except them! Customer service is at a very poor level. Plus prices are pretty high too. Would not shop again.

Awesome selection of shoes of every kind. I never leave here without finding something I absolutely love (whether I need them or not!) at unbelievable prices. The sales are dangerously good, the staff are always super helpful and patient, and the store is always clean and inviting.

They have done a great job opening back up to the public. Curbside pickup is offered, but you can still go in and try on shoes with peace of mind. They have walking directions marked clearly on the floor, as well as a station for you to put the pairs you decide not to go with to ensure they will be sanitized before being restocked.

They have a decent selection of shoes here. Some are stylish, others, not so much. However, on another note, the customer service is lacking professionalism. The employees appear friendly but they can turn quickly. I witnessed the employees engaging with a customer and as soon as the lady walked away the employees began talking smack about her. That was a turnoff for me as a customer.
