Amazing! The customer service I received from Tradehome shoes was the best I have ever had while in a shoe/any store. The associate helped me pick out the best pair of running shoes I have ever owned and recognized the high arches in my feat and recommended some high arch memory foam pads to go with. Blown away by the excellent customer service!! I was taken care of when I found a pair of boots I wanted to try on. They brought them out very fast. I loved them!!! But, I was looking for a different color and I have a foot problem - I've discovered that with some shoes, my left foot will feel loose in the shoe and right foot will fit perfect. When this happens, I usually have to forget about the shoes and move on. The rep in the store came up with an immediate solution with a toe pad and the boots fit perfect! They were also leather, and I asked if there was a local boot fitter that could stretch the boot for me. The rep replied that he could easily do it in the store! Wow!! Then he said, "we can order the color you want and have them delivered to the store." He had me sold! I am still wow'd by my awesome experience.
