I talked to the new store manager for a while because I noticed a difference in the store. The store was very shopable and I didn’t get the feeling of cluttery. The manager was nice and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied before I left the store. I will be shopping here more often now.

This used to be my go to for my little ones clothes. For the last year it has went completely downhill. By the way the store looks, I’m sure you’re under staffed like most of the world, but you can at least greet a buying customer when they walk in instead of having a personal conversation at the front of the store.

Walking into this store is like walking into a hoarder's house. Not only is everything strewn about with metal racks and hooks littering the entire floor, good luck asking for help. The people working in the store were most unhelpful and they were exasperated at the mere idea of possibly helping.

Very incompetent and rude staff. Their computer froze after I paid and one of the staffs, Sydney just sat there and asked me to wait and said there is nothing they could do. She didn’t call her manager or anyone to fix it. After waiting for about 20 minutes I asked her if someone was going to fix it, she simply walked away. This woman should not be working in customer service. I would give zero star if I could. Never shopping at Children’s Place again.

Went in to redeem my "Place Cash" which is suppose to take $10 off every $20 you spend. I was super excited cause they usually have awesome deals at this store. Went in to find just about every item had the price hiked up and all the normal sales not going on. So you really dont save a dime! they have a huge sign in the front window that reads "ENTIRE STORE 50% OFF" however nothing was 50% off. The cashier tried to say that the sign read "up to 50%off" but anyone with eyes can see it says entire store 😕 Will be canceling my credit card to this place ASAP.

Horrible service!!! I placed an order online and apparently it was canceled without any notification. I went to the store to find out because when I called the phone has been off the hook all morning!!

I received a bunch of clothes as baby shower gifts from family and friends. I went to exchange a few items and was told that without a receipt I can only exchange the items for exact same item in the exact same color but a different size. I explained I had received a few multiplies and was told by the manager to ask my guests for the receipts. Seeing as it is a gift I feel it is rude to ask for a receipt to return something and on top of that I was not entirely sure who got me it. He then said I should ask on Facebook who got it for me which I think is even more rude. I don't think it was appropriate that he suggested that but I don't blame him. It's not his policy. I then emailed Children's Place customer care about how they should consider revising their exchange policy since most stores will take the exchange for any item in their store if they have the original tags and what had happened. They emailed me back saying that I should ask my guests for the time and date of purchase, the location, the amount, and what they paid with so that they could locate the original receipt. I explained once again that I feel that, that is rude. I do not want to exchange these items since their exchange policy does not allow it and have since given them to Goodwill but I do not think anyone should shop there and if you do please be sure to give people gift receipts just in case. I have shopped here for many gifts but will never again because I never knew that was their exchange policy. Unfortunately I never got gift receipts for those gifts because I assumed the exchange policy would be similar to other stores. I am writing this review so other shoppers know. They have never told me that before or else I would not buy gifts there. Thank you
