This is seriously the worst store. Every single employee is dressed unprofessionally, the manager is inefficient, and only one person at the registers with a line.

Old Navy stores pretty much have the same merchandise so I cannot complain about the store. There are a few associates that are uninviting and lack customer service skills.

Honestly, I love Old Navy (literally do all of my family's clothes shopping here) but the store today was disappointing! It was messy, completely unorganized, and no clerk even spoke to us (even barely at the register). They are over stocked, meaning it was difficult to walk through the store, and it was hard to find anything in the stacks of clothes. We were there not long after opening, so it wasn't like tons of customers tore through the store. Very disappointed. 😢

Has a lot of clearance clothing missed labeled for lower then they ring up and would not call a manager over to over ride price cashier said yes she knows that they are sometimes miss labeled and they won’t honor the price on the tag.

I haven't been to an Old Navy in awhile, but I can't believe how expensive, unattractive and cheaply made the clothes are now. I was disappointed because the commercial is so cute! In the store, however - Little House on the Prairie clothes.

Their clothing selection was great, their prices were also great, and their customer service was splendid. We dropped in to find off-season clothes for a tropical vacation and found exactly what we were looking for, and on sale. Thanks, Old Navy!

Love this Old Navy. They have all kinds of sizes and great prices, too. The store is very clean with a large selection. The store employees are so friendly. Their cash registers crashed and were very apologetic about it (not their fault) and they gave me 20% my entire purchase because of it. Talk about great customer service!

This is a great Old Navy location! I have been going here for years. Staff is always very friendly and helpful, store always has great stock, and store is always clean. They have a huge inventory of cloth facial masks for adults and kids. They just started carrying holiday styles too!

I love this Old Navy store. The employees are always so helpful. The only thing I wish Old Navy would do is carry plus size in store. It would be nice to be able to try clothing on rather than having to buy online and return in store if it doesn’t work (even though returning in store is super easy).
