Worst ever! Was only customer in shop. There were 2 sales associates, neither said a single word to me til I was walking out and less than 6 feet from the door. No help No purchase The really sad part, I NEED bras!

I love shopping at Lane Bryant, but my last few visits to the Ironton store have been horrible. Today I came during my lunch break and they aren't even open and it is 2 hours after their new hours. The last visit I came 1/2 hour before clothes and was told I look like I was going to take awhile and that I needed to come back the next day earlier in the day. Understanding everywhere is under staffed, there should still be some level of customer service happening

Always liked shop here!!! Not anymore Ladies are not pleasant They could care less. No smiles no contact They act like they need to put up with me. Talking about Is nice when store is empty!!!!! Obviously they there for a check and that's it. I see this store closing soon Unless changes are made. Is sad very Sad. All good reviews are over a year ago So !!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wow. I’ve never had a shopping experience like this in my life. Wendy was amazing. She was the only one there when I arrived and somehow she was attentive and helpful to all of the customers (there were quite a few of us there at once and she was helping everyone). I’ve never bought more than 1-2 bras at a time because I can never find multiple that fit (usually I end up buying them and never wearing them because they’re the wrong size). Today I bought FOUR. Four bras I love that all fit me perfectly. Wendy listened to my needs and helped me pick out the perfect bra. As a plus size woman I felt SO comfortable talking to the associates about my size as their bodies looked like mine! To me, that was a new experience. Most of the time it’s a girl half my size telling me what she thinks would work, usually it doesn’t work because my body is different. I felt here they were able to help me because they have similar shaped bodies and could really understand what I needed, it also created such a comfortable environment that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I texted all my larger breasted friends from the dressing room telling them to go here because I felt so confident in these bras. I really don’t have words for how great this experience was. I don’t plan to buy a bra anywhere else ever again. Thank you Lane Bryant for making clothing and under garments for bodies like mine. This was my first time shopping here (my first time at a plus size store ever)and I will definitely be back. I think I found my new favorite spot!

I placed an online order to be shipped to the 1350 S Ironton St Ste 110, Aurora CO store, for the Curbside Pickup advertised on online; specifically for this store. My delivery confirmation email also stated that “Curbside Pickup is available for your Ship to Store Order. Contact the store upon arrival, using the phone number above.” Upon arrival at this store, I did just that. I told the lady that answered the phone, I was there for a Curbside Pickup order. With my name, she confirmed the order was there. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to come inside the store to get the order. My agitation was further fueled before opening the door to the store-- because just beside the front door, taped to the glass window, is a full-page paper- advertising the Curbside Pickup option. I went to the cash register to retrieve my order with my photo ID (that I was directed by the email to bring for Curbside Pickup). I also asked why I had to go inside the store, to pick up my Curbside Pickup order. It was explained to me that I needed to call the store at least an hour before I expected to arrive, in case they were busy with customers. I looked around the store, and observed at least two employees and NOT ONE other customer!! I told her that there was nothing anywhere advising me of this additional procedure. She shrugged me off and said that it was fine, because they were not really that busy at the moment. THEN WHY WAS I TOLD THAT I HAD TO GO INSIDE TO GET MY CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE?!! For coaching and better customer service for future customers, I've escalated my terribly frustrating experience with this store, to LaneBryant Customer Service. It should be said that I DO understand-- as a nation (and possibly world) we are all trying to rebound from the pandemic and are probably short-staffed and over-worked. I DO appreciate all those in services to the public, including retail! It is this understanding, coupled with LaneBryant Customer Service's willingness to make things right-- has redeemed this from being a 1-Star rating. What I experienced was unnecessary, and will hopefully be addressed so that others can better benefit from the Curbside Pickup option offered at this store.

Love the bras and panties here 😍super cute and its even better when you can catch their sales. I normally order and just pick it up in store to save on the shipping but they never disappoint ❤......the girls at the shop are always helpful

Staff is so attentive and friendly. They are Extremely helpful and knowledge with women of plus size like me. The dressing rooms are open too. No public restrooms. Just be aware. I will definitely shop there again

Great, friendly staff, very sweet and attentive. This location's staff really knows its stuff, especially about bra sizes and band size. Great for workout apparel for the curvy woman. And pretty clothes to try and buy. Definitely going back soon.
