I'm not sure where to start with my review. But I will say that each time I have been in here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. As a woman who is curvy, and can wear plus size or regular size I feel so confident knowing I can step into this store, be greeted by other friendly women, and find something I feel good in and feel confident in AND look stylish. Their clothing is amazing, and fits all shapes and sizes. I highly recommend this store!!!

I walked in ten minutes before close, was greeted by a smiling woman who complimented the dress I had on. (I wish I grabbed her name) Very kind and patient. I was looking for a last minute dress for an unexpected funeral that is the next day. She gave options and happy to help. After coming out of the dressing room with no luck, a gentlemen who works there also was able to help problem solve and throw out other options. I appreciate the thoughtful, personal touch and kindness they exude at all times. Very nice experience. Quality, cute clothes.

I’ve thought a lot about how to write this review, honestly. The staff, especially the manager, a blond taller woman, are super over bearing. They don’t let you shop in peace. They attempt to start dressing rooms for you with countless items that you have no interest in and they are constantly talking to one another about guests in their ear buds and it’s very invasive and makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable! I do not enjoy feeling like a shop lifter or being bombarded by things I don’t need. It’s VERY RARE I have a pleasant shopping experience here and have even driven to Loveland to avoid this non sense!

The check out counter/line was pretty busy and a little slow, it seemed understaffed and the girls working seemed pretty stressed but they were still kind and thorough to all of the customers. 10/10 for the girls, but the 2 stars is for the management.

I love the clothes but the store manager is really overbearing. I tend to go to the Loveland location to avoid staff from following me to every rack. I understand loss prevention policies but I also enjoy shopping in peace.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My only complaints are that I feel like because I didn’t want to sign up for their credit card and only bought a few items (nothing close to the amount they picked for me in the dressing room) they became dismissive and definitely not as friendly as when I entered. My mom also helped fund the purchase, so after making 2 transactions, I felt a little judged.

Wow amazing customer service! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left. It's crazy... I DO NOT SEE THIS HARDLY ANYMORE. It was a fabulous experience. Thank you ladies for helping me find a nice outfit for my visit. I was in and out after a very long day of work, you ladies made it simple and quick. A++ in hospitality!!! Thank you!

I love, love their clothing. Love that they have all different sizes for all different shapes of women. And their clothes are really trendy. I don't shop here often though because the clothes are pretty expensive. Definitely good to go if you're going somewhere special or for a special night outperiod only giving 4 stars because sometimes the ladies who work there tend to be kind of pushy. I like to try on my clothes without being bothered in between and sometimes they asked you several times if you need more things. I know that this is just good customer service and maybe it's a personal preference but I would just prefer to shop on my own.
