Stopped in last night for a part after leaving another auto parts store that had someone who did not want to help. The young man behind the counter told me where i could find the part then came from behind the counter and made sure i chose the right one. Great service.

I can’t remember her name that was working a few nights ago, it was a Mexican looking girl, but anyways I asked her if advance does price matching (I had looked on the website and it says that advance does). She smugly claimed that no they don’t, so I showed her on the advance website that she was wrong. So then I asked her if I could get a battery price matched and she said “fine but you need to print off the ad for me.” I said can’t I just show you on Walmart’s website the price? She said no and pretty much the whole time we talked was rude as hell. I went to another advance nearby and they did the price match with no problems. Needless to say, I won’t be coming here or recommending my friends to come to this location anymore. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Went in to this store to buy a air filter on my way to lunch I ask to use a restroom and am told unfortunately we do t have a restroom I asked the employee where he uses it. He says it’s not open to public. 1 star for the employee who doesn’t let a man relieve himself and is disrespectful.

I went to a different advance auto parts and ended up with all the wrong parts in my truck.i came to this advance auto parts and got everything fixed plus amazing service. Gandalf helped me out and was amazing. Hes what you would expect help you in a customer service setting but is rare to find. Thank you very much sir.

The store was clean and neat. I needed to replace a wiper blade but I wasn't sure what size. It had the computerized look up feature by the blades. It was simple and convenient. They seemed to be having a sale as a lot of items had yellow tags next to them. I wish that I hadn't been in a hurry or I'm sure I could have found something else to purchase. Quick and easy checkout.
