On March 3, 2022, I tagged along with a friend, Lorrie McLain, to meet with Shane Ferrin! I had no intention of buying a car that day but Shane was so incredibly knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles it was a no brainer. I took possession of my Forester Sport on 7/13/2922. I spent about an hour with Kerrie Bowen, finance manager, who was extremely helpful and made the entire buying aspect so easy (I did not finance)!!! The safety features on Subaru’s is amazing and the drive is so smooth. I highly recommend Flatirons Subaru and working with Shane!!!

Great service! I was planning on ubering back home while they worked on my car but the shuttle rides were available right away on a Friday morning. They also picked me up in the afternoon when my car was ready. I also loved how easy was for me to see the quote on my phone, and to choose what services I wanted to accept 👍🏻

Although it is pricey to get your car fixed here... it's worth it. They help with transportation offering a shuttle while your car is being looked at... if you decide to get your car repaired, they offer a loaner vehicle.. always friendly and helpful service.. and they always figure out exactly what's wrong with my car so I'm not spending a fortune on trial and error fixes, like in the past. Even offered free diagnosis during the hard times of COVID... I am overall happy with my experience here.

Went here after recently moving from out of state. While I thought I was going to have to spend upwards of $1,000 they charged me $0 for the diagnostic and to tighten a belt! It was a super simple fix and repair that they did and they gave me some recommendations for repairs in the future as well as how urgent (if at all) they were. Really stellar service and relatively quick. I got an appointment for as soon as the opened and I was out of there in about an hour and a half.
