I had a small windshield chip. The technician called me that he had arrived. I leave my patient to run down and open my car but he is not there. When he finally shows up to the right place he looks like he just rolled out of bed. I tell him I recently got my windshield replaced. I head back in to take care of my patients. About 20 minutes later I get a call and the technician says he broke my windshield and that they are going to call me to get it replaced. I see that they already scheduled the appointment for the replacement. I also see that it’s going to cost me about $1500 or $500 if I go through my insurance. I speak to a representative who transfers me to the manager Tara who was very rude and condescending! Not only did the technician break my window but now to get insulted and for the person to tell me that they are not responsible for the damages that they caused!! Guess it’s a great business plan if they don’t make their quota all they have to do is turn a few chip repairs into broken windshields! Service: Auto windshield repair

Driving into work this morning I got two cracks in my windshield so I stopped at Safelite in Boulder hoping it could be fixed. I drive a big SUV, so replacing the glass would have been expensive. Store manager Mike was there and ready to help. He and his team fixed both cracks beyond my expectations. Mike was friendly and quick. I really appreciated it! Definitely recommend this store. We had our windshield replaced here, and the online estimate was comparable to everything else I saw, so we went with it for the sake of convenience. They were done quickly and the new windshield looked great. However, I heard a new sound that I hadn't heard before on my way out of their driveway. I wasn't sure if the sound was a coincidence or related to the windshield replacement, but they looked at it and fixed it anyway. (It was some sort of piece of paper stuck in the fan.) All in all, we had a good experience here and I'd recommend it.

Christopher was super professional and did a great job replacing my windshield. He was also very helpful and went out of his way to recommend place where I could get cheap replacement parts for my bumper which melted in the Marshall fires. He is the best! I scheduled my appointment to have my windshield for my car. I asked for the guy to knock on my door when he got here so I could give him my keys. I work nightshift so trying to be awake is difficult. So asking him to knock on the door would wake me up. He DID NOT knock or even call me ( my phone was on ring) and just texted me. So I missed my appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment. Then I received a call from the company telling me that they ordered the wrong color windshield and if it was okay to have a different color because they did not have the one I ordered (if I did not take the new color I would have to wait even longer to get it fixed). I said I would take the different color. But this meant I had to reschedule for a third time. This time he finally knocked on the door and fixed the windshield. After the appointment he spoke with my boyfriend giving him glass cleaner and new windshield wipers, he never stated how much or that it would even cost more money. He mislead my boyfriend into spending an extra $27. I would not recommend this company, the workers did not order the right windshield, the worker that came to the apartment did not follow simple directions and mislead the buyer ( my boyfriend).
