Went in for an oil change, super quick and easy. They let me know I needed a new coolant cap and refill on refrigerant, so I went to autozone to take care of it. Then on my way to work the car over heats and I nearly blow out my engine, needing a tow truck. Thought I did something wrong, turns out the Jiffy Lube guys left my refrigerant hose locked open. So all the coolant I put in and the new cap didn’t matter since Jiffy Lube let it spill all over my engine and almost fully killed my car. I can guarantee with that level of NOT paying attention to detail that I will never come back.

My oil change was fine and the customer service was polite and professional, however I used a Groupon and then was overcharged for additional oil. When I returned to try to fix my bill, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude, wouldn't listen, wasn't willing to explain anything, and was exceptionally condescending. He was unprofessional and had a major attitude, and I will not be returning to this business. Very disappointed. Service: Oil change

Had a bad feeling majority of the time based on the wait and other customers having issues. I figured I would be fine with a simple oil change on my 2017 Ford. As I drive off my skid plate detaches maybe 50 yards from the location. Not only did they accuse me of not having the bolts to hold it on when I came in but the only fix they offered were zip ties. I ignored the bad reviews and went to the closest place to my hotel after driving from Virginia. Will be staying away from jiffy lube in the future. Service: Oil change

Jesus was super helpful and the oil change and other little fixes were very great and speedy! Only complaint is that the Google info sheet said that they could do brakes, but when I got there, they said they could not, so I then had to go somewhere else as well. Service: Oil change

I came in for a routine oil change and found out that my valve cover was cracked. The general manager Soren walked me through what they had found and steared me in the right direction. Incredibly professional and left a huge impression! The technicians on site were all very friendly and just an overall wonderful experience. They took care of me and as a fellow tradesman/salesman I was very much impressed by all they did. Those men deserve some special recognition, especially Soren! If I could only go to one place for my vehicle needs, his shop is the place I'd go! Service: Oil change

I’ve been to many Jiffy Lubes. This is clearly one of the best! 😁 Even though it was busy, the crew worked hard to get all the customer’s work done, very quickly. I spent less time, at this busy location, than I spent at ones where I was the only customer. 🚘 The waiting area and bathroom were clean. They even had magazines to read! The staff were very friendly and easy to work with! I will be back and suggest that you go, too! 🚗 Another trip to this Jiffy Lube and another fantastic experience! The customer service is AWESOME! ♥️
