Swapped over from Verizon and have a bit better service here in CO. However, the customer service I have received at this location is absolutely subpar. Employees are giving promotions they aren't authorized to give. I received a faulty watch that was over heating due to sensors and they tell me to go get it serviced at first and after push back they order me a pre owned to replace it. That doesn't make sense? I bought a new watch from T Mobile and it was faulty... therefore, I should receive a new one. I do not recommend this location or T Mobile if the customer service is of this quality. If I would've known this was going to be the experience, I would've stayed with Verizon..

Went in to return a smartwatch that was not going to fit the needs of why I initially purchased it. I was greeted by an employee named Autumn. She was not the representative who sold me the watch just a few days prior, although the person I worked with was at the store, but was busy helping another customer. Autumn was very unhelpful while I was trying to return my purchase and wasn't going to accept the return at all. She was very rude, demeaning, and literally laughed at me after explaining my situation. It seemed very strange as the return was well within the time limits and was nothing out of the ordinary. I thanked her for her help and said I would wait for the representative who I purchased the watch from initially. His name was Baca. When Baca was available to help me out he got the return done easily with no issues at all. He did a fantastic job and he deserves 5 stars. Overall though it was just uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this store as I would rather pass on having a grueling, painful and frankly insulting customer service experience with Autumn.

I love t-mobile's service and have been and will continue to be a customer of T-mobile, but at this store specifically, Baca signed my wife and I as well as an unauthorized 3rd line up for the Magenta Max plan without our consent. After realizing the error and wanting to believe the best, I went in to the store to try and get the mistake corrected by Baca himself. He told me that "T-mobile must have upgraded us because they saw it would be cheaper." He reassured us that the Magenta Max plan was the cheapest option. I left and called customer service the next day to verify his claim where the rep cleared everything up, said that T-mobile would not do that, and that Baca gets a commission from signing us up for the Magenta Max plan and for adding a new line.

Best darn T-Mobile Cell Phone store and Staff anywhere. I upgraded to an iPhone 13 with a special promotion and discount. Staff was awesome, professional, and met my every need. Happiness is a new phone functioning perfectly and receiving exceptional customer service. 5 Thumbs Up!

The absolute worst cell provider. While the upfront deals are nice, you will ultimately pay for it in the long run. We went in to the centennial store back in june to pay off and close our account before we moved. After we closed, we've continued to get monthly bills for lease charges on a phone that we own and from a company that we no longer have service with. We've spoken with representatives at sprint multiple times and we continue to get charged. Each time we call, we're back at square one with no assistance. On top of it all now, they want me to mail the phone in that I purchased from them to settle the account. Save your time and sanity and go through Verizon or AT&T.

Best experience at a cellphone store. Scheduled appointment to migrate from Sprint. The day prior Tori actually called to tell me they didn't have the desired phone in but were trying to get it. Unfortunately they were not able to, but ordered it with 3 day shipping. Tori was very helpful with the process and made sure we were getting all the eligible benefits and discounts. Great first impression for new T Mobile customers.

Very disappointed and upset by this Store and the entire T-mobile Company T-Mobile DOES NOT WORK My AREA – DON’T BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU! I don’t want anyone else to have to go thru what is happening to me. I have never in my life dealt with such an underhanded company, employees and supervisors. Everyone passes the “concern” to someone else and apparently “no one” has the authority to make it right. Two of the Techs I’ve spoken with told me straight out: You’re right, we don’t have a tower near there and won’t until approx the 2nd quarter of 2022. So no, you don’t have service unless you use wifi calling. *this is very shortened version of my experience over the past 2 months 1. B4 transferring my account from Sprint called the T-mobile store and specifically asked them about our area’s coverage – Store manager assured me it was. Again at the store I asked Store Manager about our area’s coverage again as it hasn’t been working well since the Sprint/T-mobile merger. He again assured me there was coverage at my home and showed me the map proving it. * my bad for believing him 2. Offered trade in of my personal phone for monthly credit – they lost it and won’t credit my account. 3. Offered brand new S21 that would be FREE with the trade-in amount offer of my old phone. a. The brand new phone had issues so had to do warranty exchange (twice now) a warranty exchange only gives you a “used/refurbished phone (company policy); but you will still owe the full amount of a brand new phone. 4. I was personally assured by store manager that if service didn’t work I could bring the phone back and find diff cell provider that would work here. I called as service didn’t work except sometimes with Wifi callng – was told they’d hold my trade-in phone so I could pick it up (well within the 14 day grace period (they call it “buyer’s remorse”) 2 days later called back before driving to Springs to make sure my old phone was ready (still within the grace period). Store manager said they didn’t hold the trade-in phone, couldn’t find it and that they couldn’t cancel my service but would call District Manager and see what could be done. Never heard back from him – turns out he was promoted to District Manager (imagine that). 5. No return calls – they refuse to supply any company/supervisor phone numbers, emails or local addresses. I have spent untold hours on phone trying to get someone to make this right; all customer service reps say: “we’ll do our best to help you and we understand that so many are financially strained right now, but this is all we can offer” 6. They refuse to cancel the contract and insist that if I don’t stay with them, I have to pay the full purchase price on the so-called FREE phones. a. OR I could just pay them $20 a month to them to keep account open and they’d unlock the phones so I can go to another service provider and pay the other company for cell service as well in addition to T-mobiles monthly fee. b. THEN I could come back to them when they get a tower in this area (but that offer is only good for 180 days and there won’t be a tower here in that time) So would have to go back to them anyway or pay the full price of these phones. I am out over $600 for the 2 phones I traded in – no way to cancel the contract or take my phone numbers anywhere else without paying the full price for brand new phones that are now used/refurbished phones at a cost of over $1,600 (plus the $145 in taxes), or continue to try to fight this injustice AND buy 2 more phones to go to diff cell service provider that will work here.

Not very helpful, every deal they got has a catch to it, so frustrating to deal with, went to get new phones, well I have to upgrade to another plan which is 80 dollars more a month and if I wanna trade in my phone the one I've had for 4 years it has to be mint and up to t-mobile standards. After 15 years of being with them we are moving on they have no dedication to existing customers they only dangle carrots to new ones to get them locked in a plan

After almost 2 weeks of trying to get my phone fixed, back and forth to different T-Mobile stores and Best Buy, Annaylsa finally fixed my phone for me. I won’t go to anyone else. She was knowledgeable, kind, and truly made my day!

Went in to buy some discount speakers and change to a One plan from Simple Choice. Aaron was exceptionally helpful, going as far as offering to explain to me the downsides of switching plans; I already was aware of them, however. He also showed me how to set up my speakers, a bonus. I'll be back to this store.
