THE WORST. We scheduled a grocery pickup and when we got there we were told they were having internet issues so we wouldn't be able to get our order until the next day. That was fine and we re-scheduled. Picked up the next morning, drove home and our car STUNK. Unloaded the groceries to find potatoes so rotten they were dripping on all of the other groceries in that bag. Drove back to the store for the third time for this order with the disgusting bag of groceries, went to the customer service desk where they were literally gagging from the smell of these potatoes, was told to give them the ruined groceries but they could not refund me because this was a pickup order. For a refund I would have to call an 800 number. Went home and tried that and it was an endless loop where after 10-15 minutes of waiting I was hung up on every single time it said it was connecting me. Drove back to the store again for the 4th time for this order and was finally refunded to my card for the groceries I didn't get. I wasted a ridiculous amount of my time for their mistake.

Beyond awful place to shop. I’ve shopped here for years, usually no problems. Recently I’ve switched over to pickups because it’s easier with a 1 year old and have had nothing but problems. Got these bananas today, I asked for GREEN bananas and received these. Not only are they black and hard in the middle but the guy who put my groceries into my car just placed them in the trunk, no bag or anything. There is nothing fresh about ordering online, like this company swears by. I’m so grossed out by this latest experience I will definitely not be ordering produce from here again.

I would rate this store zero stars if I could! I will never come back to this location ever again. I just went and bought $40 worth of groceries and asked if they would price match my ground beef because the ones that they had on sale they were out of stock of and they wouldn't price match it for just $3 off, so I had to load up $40 worth of groceries that I did by there into my hot car and drive over to another location that had the meat in stock. What poor customer service!!! I will never shop at the Stetson hills location ever again!!!! 👎

Didn’t even want to give them one star review. Pick up was set for 5-530. They said it wouldn’t be ready until 7 because of a “system crash.” Okay, that’s okay… at 7:25, I call and they say it’s ready. At 745, I show up and they say it won’t be ready until tomorrow. This is the second time (2/2) this has happened. King Soopers is right around the corner from me and I seriously don’t want to ship with them again.

Pharmacy lacks communication and customer service. I tried transferring my prescription over at the end of May and wasn't notified when it was available for pick up. When I called back to check on it (June), I was told it was returned since it wasn't picked up though I was never told it was ready. I attempted to refill it again and when I came to pick it up, I was told it hadn't been filled because it was "too expensive." No communication or follow-up was attempted to confirm with me. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

We've been shopping here since they opened about 20 years ago. I wish I would've reviewed it sooner! I love our grocers. There's very friendly people working there. Prices are fair. Floral dept is lovely. Good produce. On Mothers Day they gave out free roses! One Thanksgiving, they gave us a free turkey! They do things like this all the time.

This store needs new management, badly. Every time you go in, selection is poor, produce is rotten or on the verge of it, and nothing is ever available. They blame the supply chain a lot but other stores seem to do just fine. Today, going in trying to shop proved a massive waste of time as they were carting off and blocking all their frozen foods, meats, and even the beer isle. The staff, as in the line-workers who do most of the lifting, are all good people and should be recognized as such. But clearly the management at this facility needs to be slapped with all the meat from their closed frozen food section. Getting tired of going here, might stop. Was able to get everything I needed from another store.

Awful awful awful. I didn’t have a receipt bought this the day before April 3 At the Markshuffel store, but I live closer to the Stetson Hills store. I have been buying this cheese spread for over 10 years I knew yesterday when I came home and opened it up that it was curdled I know it’s their brand and all I wanted to do was switch it out didn’t want a refund I just wanted another tub of cheese. Even though it was marked down it said it was good until 5 April. I was so angry I told him to throw it away then I decided I wanted it back so I could take pictures why would you sell a product or why would you not just switch it out I wanted no money just the product I will never come to the store again just like all the other comments it’s awful

Yesterday, I went to the King Soopers location on Stetson Hills looking for a pot roast. I discovered a shocking amount of bad meat in the sales cooler. I took the photos up to the front end manager and showed her the photos. She said she would let the department manager know. Today I went back curious, I'll never buy meat from this location, but I wanted to make sure the meat looked better. Nope. Unacceptable!
