Went in to the Euless store yesterday and spoke with Roy. Very helpful and no pressure. I wasn't ready to buy a bed immediately and so went on my way. Today, I called the store back because I was interested in buying a Tempur Pedic bed I saw yesterday. Cam took my call and was extremely helpful making my purchase as smooth as possible. I highly recommended both Roy and Cam if you're looking at buying a new bed from Mattress Firm.

From the minute I walked in I was at ease. I'm used to pushy salesmen and staff that just wants a sale. But Roy put me at ease and walked me through the process of finding a mattress, worked with my budget and was so friendly. They have a new system that is horrible. The employees struggle to figure out what screen for returns/exchanges or purchase. It seems someone at corporate made a horrible decision to switch computer systems and not properly train what employees they can keep. So far I have gone thru 3 mattress with a adjustable base. They allow 1 exchange and 1 return. I have not received my refund, I’ve been overcharged and the only person at the Store who could help was Chrissy. She did not give up and made everything happen . I would give her 5 stars! I’m still waiting on a manager to help me with my credit from the first and second purchase.

Purchased a mattress two months ago and it just wasn’t doing it for us. Went back to the store and the exchange was SO EASY! I thought it was going to be a hassle but to my surprise the sales lady was fantastic, helpful and made sure we got the best out of our return/exchange. Delivery was scheduled right then (only 3 days!!!!) which was just a plus as I was expecting it to be back ordered. Definitely recommend.

Great options in store and service was quick and very helpful. Jared helped up pick a mattress that fit our needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and took his time going through all of options. We ended finding a great deal and got a much better mattress than anticipated. My boyfriend and I went into Mattress Firm with really our options open. We needed something that was going to be delivered within 3 weeks, to AZ. Jared made the process extremely pleasant. He was really friendly and definitely knew what he was talking about. It was a new experience for me especially, but I am super excited to receive everything!

Just wanted to say that if you're looking for awesome service, then you need to go to this store and see Jared! My fiancé and I walked with an idea as to what we wanted and walked out with EXACTLY what we wanted. Jared is a fantastic sales rep that really knows his stuff, and is not there to get you to buy the most expensive mattress in the store to make him feel better, you walk out purchasing what makes you sleep better! Phenomenal job, thank you Jared!
