In March of 2021 we moved to the Dallas Metroplex and my husband and I needed to find a new mattress for our main bedroom. We had looked online at several different stores but could not find the mattress that we wanted in our price point. Finally we decided to give Mattress Firm a chance and I am so glad that we did! We were able to purchase a pretty expensive mattress at a very reasonable price because of the amazing sale they were offering. So now that we need to furnish additional bedrooms in our new home, Mattress Firm is the only place we will be using. The staff are extremely nice and professional. We have no problem whatsoever recommending Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a good affordable mattress.

I came into your store last week and was really apprehensive I'm buying a mattress I didn't know what I was looking for or what II needed. I worked with your associate named Christina who did a really good job and let me trying out the different mattresses and really help me getting what I need. It was one of the best experiences I had I will be back and I will be sending friends and family to Christina especially with what she has done and made me feel at home and that I want to be a residual customer with you but only if she is there lol Overall experience I give it a 5 million great time we'll be back

My sales associate, I believe his name is Steven, was an excellent sales person, knowledgeable but not pushy; made suggestions in all price ranges and looked for sales even on website to make my purchase as affordable as possible. Because I am a repeat customer he was able to assist with delivery, etc. I have purchased over 4 mattress in the last five years from mattress firm and have always been pleased.

I was hesitant to shop at a Mattress firm due to a poor experience at a different location. Chris was extremely helpful in not only knowledge of products but offering options or similar mattresses to try based on my preferences. Not pushy salesman tactics or completely ignoring me. He was straight forward with pricing and I ended up purchasing sheets and pillows as well. Great experience and will be back if ever needed.
