To me, you need to create a bond or mutual respect with your sales rep. In my recent purchase, that did not happen. A bit too much but it now attitude I can't same pressure tactics, but definitely not a great feeling. I purchased because my wife liked and wanted the mattress. She shopped around and prices varied with a range of 30-100 on both sides of the $ price.

The gentleman was very much help - he did lead us to the items were looking for but we had to discover what we needed. Pointing yo the items is not helping or leading us to the right product. He didn't have the correct pricing and for us to pay for pillows that we may or may not like- hopefully it will work out for us. Paying almost 300 for pillows we may or may not need.
