We found just what we wanted for our couch with multiple customizable options from layout to couch fabric down to picking the pillow fabric. Marcus was very helpful, checking in but without hovering.

I called Furniture Row today to ask about a hanging chair and if they had it in stock. Shawn (sp?) answered the phone and he was so helpful and nice. So my husband and I came later this afternoon and purchased the chair. I am so glad his manager was there so we could say what great customer service he gave to us. Shawn, you rock!!!

Service is very good!! We spent a week going back and forth and comparing prices and most visits leaving with nothing. No one ever made us feel like we were wasting their time and after extensive shopping around we found their pricing to be very competitive.

The store had a lot of really nice leather sectionals. We found one we decided on and Liam was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales and was able to get all the options we wanted. Now we just have to wait until Fall for it to be shipped to us.

We’re not high maintenance often, but I feel like we have been with our most recent purchase from Furniture Row. First, we love this place because of the wide selection of furniture and we just bought our second set of furniture to furnish our living room. We loved our first piece so much when we lived in Austin that we drove back to find our replacement more than 5 years later. Second, Liam. Liam helped us select our most recent couch set and we’ve really tested the customer service side of Furniture Row. Liam has been attentive, patient(this couldn’t have been easy), knowledgeable and caring of our needs and wants. My wife and I have gone through some changes in ideas of what we want and modifications to pieces and dates. To say the least I feel like we’ve been high maintenance and that’s probably an understatement compared to your average customer. Liam never skips a beat and probably just made us customers for life. I don’t give reviews often, but I will for Liam. Thank you for everything.

So we ordered a basic dinning table in February, so that it can be delivered early April. We had also gotten a bed frame so both should be delivered at the same time. It is now end of May and we still haven’t gotten the table. Since the table isn’t available, we would have to pay for the table and the bed frame to be delivered separately. When called and asked if they could refund us some money for the inconvenience of eating on the floor for 2 months, they said either wait or get a refund for the furniture. This is not only happening to me but to my aunt as well. Chairs were delivered, still no dining table and she has been waiting for 3 months!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. They don’t care for the inconvenience and offer nothing if furniture is late for delivery. Hopefully they are not LYING about delivery dates for you to buy them…
