Takes some adjusting to this location. Much smaller store,than the others. But, well stocked, nice discounts & clean.

Came to Big Lots on Parmer in after calling to verify the item I needed was there. Was told"Yes" we have it!. Got to the store was lied to in my face by Sharon the manager on duty. Told her I was writing a bad review her response was oh well I am sorry. I did not talk to you on the phone. Shameful.I will never visit this Big Lots again. Posting this review to every site I can. Sorry Sharon, you are a terrible manager and Big Lots is worse off for having you. Time is the one thing you cannot get back and gas is very expensive!

We are definitely drinking the Big Lots Kool aid. We use the card and the coupons, watch the weekly flyer and stock up on pantry food. And yes, we have been able to furnish our home AND keep our budget intact.

I was in the Austin area and decided to checkout the store! The area isn’t the best driving there but as I walked in to my amazement the store is organized! Beautiful! Each aisle was recovered and the more I saw the more I was impressed! The items offered are great quality and hey the prices are not bad!I did talk to a young guy who was working the floor and he was very nice! He seemed to be. Great fit for the store and has a great personality! This was July 4th and I want to commend the staff because it’s obvious they enjoy and take great care of the store!who is the manager cause it all starts with the store leader thank you 😊

Great selection , awesome prices, EXCELLENT service, especially from Mikey. I had been to several stores today and none bothered to greet me as I approached the register, no hello, thank you or have a nice day. So, it was a very nice change of pace when I was greeted by Mikey. He also carried a pleasant conversation while ringing me up. Super friendly.

This is one of the nicest Big Lots I've ever been in. The furniture section is very nice, and the furniture that I purchased there is surprisingly nice.
