They are so ridiculously SLOW. Going through the drive thru takes forever. Today I was sixth in line, and it took 45 minutes just to get to the window. Going into the store is just as long, only you're standing the whole time. And the wait time is like that every. single. time.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST! After rushing to the pharmacy and arriving at 8:01pm they REFUSED to give me a very important medication for my 5 year old son. Only because “they close at 8.” They asked for name and DOB and confirmed they had it but stated “you need to go to a different location because we’re closed at 8pm.” They were extremely rude and had no ounce of compassion. It was really sad. I went to the location on pecan st and they were so nice and empathetic. Filled the rx right away.

We had an appointment for a non-COVID vaccine and we arrived a few minutes late. But the entire process took about 40 minutes, which seemed like way too long. We could’ve filled out paperwork online ahead of time to expedite the process. There was also a couple of employees acting very lethargic and just moving/looking like they didn’t want to work at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've tried to be patient with them thinking busy days and what not but everytime for the last 6 months it's literally 45 minutes waiting. They miss calls to tell me my prescription is ready only to have a unprofessional person call and leave a voice-mail saying I need to pick them up soon or I will need to visit my doctor again. It may be worth going to a further pharmacy from my house.

Pharmacy was not open in store had to drop off prescription through the drive thru. Sat in line for 30 minutes to be told to come back in 30 minutes to pick it up. Came back and the line was wrapped around the building. Didn’t have time to wait came back next day and sat in line for an hour. The girl at the window was only giving me one of prescriptions I said I have 2 she looked at me funny and then said oh I’m sorry it will be a few minutes. This is unexceptionable. People can’t even park there cars or get out of there parking space for the line of cars for the drive thru pharmacy. Terrible set up will not go back spent 2 day’s after work trying to get my prescriptions filled. Shame on you !!!

Went today to pick up my order and the lady working was so rude to me ! Saying there is no order you placed no order and didnt want to give me my order! I have a email confirmation i use Walgreens to print photos and documents all the time ! I think you guys havent told youre workers that now there is a new option to print documents so they have no idea but no reason to be so rude towards me !

I had a very bad experience. I attempted to return an item using Fedex. As soon as I walked into the Walgreens the clerk asked me if I had a label for the return. I said no, the directions given by the seller said Walgreens would print the label from the QR which I had. The clerk refused, told me to leave and go to Walmart and they would help me. When I expressed my displeasure she just told me to get lost (I paraphrase). This is the second bad experience with this Walgreens and a Fedex return. The clerk was rude and condescending, obviously she didn't care if I ever shopped there again. And of course she will get her wish, not unless there is no other option.

Ordered my usual scrip filled over a week ago as soon as insurance would allow me to. This Walgreens still doesn't have it in stock despite verbally promising me that it would be in on monday. It is now Wednesday, I'm out of my medication. They can't give me an emergency pill or partial refill because it's schedule 2. The employee I spoke to told me that there was nothing I could do to prevent this in the future because 'new customers come in and order the same medication and we take yours off the shelf and give it to them'. Really? Guess I'm going to have to switch to an online pharmacy.

When I pulled up, there was an employee smoking next to the propane refill tanks. I go in to get my medication get helped and try to pay. I get told I need to talk to the pharmacist. I'm waiting, people in the drive thru come and go after me and get to talk to the pharmacist before me. Even after I said loudly I was there waiting before them. This place is the slowest and next to walmart pharmacy.

My experience happened on a cloudy day, so hardly no customers. I got in line at pharmacy. There were two employees working two separate windows. Keep in mind no drive through customers or phones calls to answer. So one window opened because customer left, so I thought I was next in line but that didn't happen. The pharmacy employee just walk off to work on a customer order. She totally ignores me. Then the second window opens but the employee then gets the drive through. Never saying anything to me. I am standing at the window by now. Then the drive through customer leaves. Then a second drive rings the bell and the pharmacy employee ignores me twice to get the second drive through. I finally yell out if I could get CUSTOMER SERVICE...... Can anyone have a better experience??? Walgreen you get rated with a star and that's because I am being generous.
