We've NEVER had problems in NINE Yrs. I think the issues are due to ALL the people that have moved to this area. It's causing an over load- in service with calls, FADING in & out; humming sounds, hard to hear while talking, also the DROPPED calls. These are all resent issues.

I have been having trouble with the network since 01/01/22 with NO calls in or out now NO text in or out. I had been dealing with this location for a while now trying to figure out the problem. The problem is with the network since when I leave the particular area my phones work good, and kept telling these people. I asked them to turn in a ticket to look at the tower in the area. The rep ( Brandon ) keep trying to get me to get another phone which did not make sense if the phones work when I leave the area work fine. And he DID NOT want to turn in a ticket to investigate the tower. Brandon's only concern was for me to buy another phone. For this location to say it's a repair center I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION! BTW; I still have not resolved this problem with T-Mobile.

Nothing ,but lazy people. I called a different T mobile store and they were4 able to tell me if a certain phone was in inventory and when they would get more in. This Store a Guy name Joe picked up and said to me there is no way for him to check if any available and no way to check when they would get any in and the only way is when the boxes show up and once open the box they can tell inventory. This just did not make any sense at all,. We are in 2021 and have access to live inventory is hard to believe they are left on dark to know what's coming.

This particular location never disappoints! They know what they're doing and quickly solve your problem! I have another location just a couple blocks away from my house, but I drive the extra 5 miles to these guys because their knowledge & customer service is so much better, and they get it right the first time!

Seriously I wish I could get paid to say this. However I am not!! This location is AMAZING! they truly take the time to talk to you and take care of any questions you have. Everyone is very Friendly and kind. The Manger and staff make sure to find you all the deals. I highly recommend this exact location!!

I’ve never had a problem yet. I’ve been to this place multiple times and have had the greatest customer service so far. The first time I went in, I wanted to trade in my old lease and get new phones. Unfortunately one my phones was t working and had to be fixed but for no cost to me, it got fixed and within a week, I was able to get new phones for my family. I was especially happy by the customer care I received from John-David B. and Rodrigo Q. Both of them were completely patient with all my questions and I never felt rushed by them, both of them were friendly and patient. 10/10 definitely coming back to this location ONLY for all my phone or bill questions!

cory got my new phone transferred from my old one and set up in under an hour!! there were some mix ups with a different T-Mobile I went to earlier and he cleared everything up and made it worth our drive out there. he also made the time go by even quicker with his good jokes

Always busy but staff is great at taking care of issues. If you don't mind the wait, most issues will be handled before you leave. Great repairs on phones. Have gone more than I would like to admit.

Has the vibe of the dmv.. you have to take a number and wait while multiple employees do nothing behind desks. I understand there needs to be a queue but whoever came up with this system should be fired. Why would you model your store after the dmv, the most universally hated place on earth.
