I had been having serious issues with my phone for a week. Was with T-Mobile, and went to 6 different locations and none of them could figure it out and basically said “sorry it’s not fixable”. Switched to AT&T, went in today and Beau and the other guy both hopped on it together and figured it out right away. Best location I’ve been too

Came into get a new phone. I worked with Beau. He was so friendly and helped me decide which phone to get. He also told me about a bundle where I was able to get free wireless charger. I normally hate having to deal with this kinda stuff but he definitely made it a great experience. We will definitely being making this our main phone store for anything we need.

Anthony was a great person to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and realized that we had met before. I got the phone I wanted and he transferred all the information from my old phone and made the transfer as simple as possible for me and I truly appreciate it. I went to the store in Manor Texas,even though there was one closer to me. I will go there in the future.

I had been trying to get my smart watch to work for at least 1.5 hours over the phone with the at&t tech support people. And while doing that. Somehow, the tech support people and me, we messed up my tablet too! So my smart watch and my tablet were both not working! And the tech support people weren't being able to help me. That's when I bumped into this place and talking to Bernardo, he was able to fix my stuff in less than 15 minutes. Thanks again Bernardo! You're a great kid. 👍👍👍

We went to several locations last week to look for 2 phones and no locations had what we needed. We ordered the phones online instead. We went back to the Manor store because the customer service we got from Anthony was very good. Luckily he was there the day we came back. He made everything super easy and not stressful at all. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back in the future, and will recommend this location.

Had almost $30 in extra charges on my bill after upgrading my phone with them for protection plans and a special upgrade plan. These changes were done without my permission. Shame on you. Editing to also say that I also ended up with a 256gb iPhone when I asked for a 64gb. I didn’t realize it until days later and when I went in to exchange it the store manager gave me a hard time about it saying that he didn’t think they would get an 86gb iPhone in before my 15 days to exchange were up and that I’d have to pay the $55 restocking fee even though it wasn’t my fault if they did get the phone in time and if the phone didn’t come in time I was SOL because I could only do the exchange with them. Thankfully one came in and after the rep tried to convince me to keep the phone with the storage I won’t use, it was finally exchanged. But I feel like these extra charges are in retaliation to me switching phones because they were activated on the day I exchanged the phone. Steer clear of this store as their employees are dishonest and will do things secretly to line their own pockets leaving you to have to deal with AT&T customer service to get all the charges removed. Not only was I lied to, but I also feel that I was taken advantage of not only by the sales rep but the manager as well. I noticed that a similar situation happened to another woman just a couple days ago when dealing with the same rep I did. Since this is clearly being done intentionally, I’ll be contacting corporate about this situation.
