Monday I researched several mobile car detailing companies. This one came highly recommended through Facebook. I also saw that the availability was open starting at 9am on Tuesday. I selected a seat and carpet shampoo for 9am. I also received an email notification with a confirmation number and a booking notification with a Dominique. Tuesday morning, I received a text from Darius at 8:45am stating he saw my appointment scheduled for today but he was catching up on lawns from Sunday and asked if my schedule was flexible for later this evening. I informed that my schedule was not really flexible with school pick up and kid soccer practice. He asked if any other time would work or they could schedule me for Wednesday. I then informed 1:30-5:30 was my only open block for today but again we have soccer practice and I did not want my kids sitting on wet seats which is why I scheduled the shampoo for 9am. After that there was no response. I followed up at 2:38pm asking if they determined if they could do the shampoo. Still no response.
If my schedule was flexible for later in the evening, I would have chosen an evening time slot. If I had availability for a Wednesday, I would have scheduled for Wednesday. I do understand that you are backed up on lawn services from Sunday because it rained, however, you all should have blocked those times out on your online booking so that future customers can schedule accordingly. ~KaRhenda
