Today was a bad expiriance at this location I asked for a caramel fapuccino and got what looks to be 2 different drinks 😒. The staff was just paying around to much and looked to not care about what they wor doing. 9-18-2022 at 12:15pm

Stop taking mobile orders if they will not be completed in the time promised! Waited on my mobile order for 30 minutes past the promised time. Would’ve been faster had I came in the drive through. Also, a little mixing of the milk and coffee would be nice. They just pour and not mix. I understand being busy, but don’t be mediocre.

Great staff and well made drinks, but be prepared for them to be suuuuuper busy pretty much at any time. Wait times in drive-thru line can vary between 15-25 minutes. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend stopping in. But, if you have a little time and patience, great experience!

Always the best. Always great customer service and the coffee is amazing. My normal coffee is $3.24 but for my birthday I got a free coffee and it was almost $7. They spoiled me!

By far the worst location I've ever been to and will not be returning. Ordered myself online, received snippy customer service full of attitudes when arrived, when I got my items it was wrong but already wasted 20mins of my time in drive-thru. Called to speak to "manager" but they had no accountability whatsoever they just put the blame on me (the customer) and offered by mouth to "take care of my next order" with no voucher, no confirmation number, nothing. I said I don't feel like I'm being taken care of with this issue and I was referred to call the 1-800 number. Oh believe me, I did! This location needs a training of what customer service means at it's most simplest of terms.

I have been ordering the same drink for weeks. Yesterday I got the same drink looked very different. You can look at your drink and know if it's right or not. There was a young lady at the window that was new to me so I just took my drink and let it go assuming she just made it a little different. Today same young lady same deal except my venti cup was 75%full. I immediately don't want to accept the drink she goes on to explain that the other baristas have just been nice filling up my cup but for the amount of shots I get in my drink it should look the way she made it. Cool if it was the first time 3rd time 10th time. I've been getting this same drink for weeks. Anyway they will no longer get my 80 bucks a week.

Doesn’t matter where I go in Manor I always get served by teenagers and the service always sucks. Today no different. Didnt get greeted, baristas looking lost and unpleasant. My 2 drinks were supposed to be frapps they end up tasting like iced coffee with awful flavor. Like how do you mess up a frapp? This starbucks knows exactly how.

I found myself in my old stomping grounds, and stopped into this, my old home Starbucks. My original barista rang me up, and, after 4 years, she still remembered me! Remarkable! We had a great conversation and it felt like I belonged again. There was a bustle of work going on behind the counter, with drive thru customers and dine in customer orders being taken care of. My cold brew came out shortly, and, with my bakery items, I was on my way. I am so glad I stopped in for coffee here again!

If I could give this negative stars I would. I come in the drive through and ask for my drinks, first of all they miss up my order completely and then when they tell me to try it out they didn’t even close the lid and spilled coffee on my 250$ WHITE jersey. The audacity to still charge my card unbelievable would not recommend coming here.

Nice cafe located next the 290 toll in manor. Open until 9pm. Features: *Has wide parking space with wheelchair accessible parking in front of the store *Has Outdoor seating area with sofa and well-lit in the evening for a family dine-in *Friendly staff and quick service. *Currently both dine-in and curbside pickup is available in the store. #HappyCafe
