Never have prescriptions ready on time or in correct dosage despite correcting them multiple times. Don't go here. Use the Walgreens down the street.

Scheduled my appointment for a shot and they gave it away. They didn't even cancel the appointment. I took time out of my busy schedule to get a shot and show up to nothing.

Wonderful. Called to see if BOGO 1/2 off sale reflected online was same as in-store on certain items. The man who answered tonight was super patient when we were initially having connection problems, and he couldn't hear my Q. Took time to make sure he heard me correctly, checked for sale tags in that department, and then volunteered to scan several of those brand items to see if any rung up on sale, since he wasn't working when they did sale tags. They were in fact, and *he* was glad he rung them up for me to make sure. Promptly went in and bought the items at the sale price, and all worked out swimmingly! So helpful... Only took off a star b/c the items weren't labeled on sale in the first place.

Much harder to get any kind of vaccination or shots here than other Cvs I have dealt with. Here it seems like they pretty much don’t want to go through the hassle of it when other CVS as you can tell truly just want to help out society and get them vaccinated. At this CVS, they require all kinds of unnecessary steps that just make it more of a hassle

I absolutely love this pharmacy, they treat you with the upmost respect no matter if the pharmacy staff is having a bad and/or busy day. They help you find anything you need. They make recommendations for things that can help if the current medicine isn't working, they just inform you to bring it up to your doctor so that way they can make proper changes. They always explain clearly and thoroughly about interactions between medications. I wished I could give a 10/5 stars. This pharmacy rocks :)

Signed up online for Minute Clinic appt for same service provided a year ago. After collecting co-pay Clinic said they are no longer providing same service (although it was specifically listed online). Charged co-pay anyway although no longer providing service because they provided a “medical opinion” and because “nurse’s time is valuable”. Actual useful service that would result in active health care was not provided...but it is still clearly listed on web site as a service they provide (and take appointments for). This delayed health care by 1-6 days, cost money they did not earn. Bait and switch (from actual health care to “a consultation”). Booo!

The doctor was wonderful but prescriptions were sent to wrong pharmacy and when I tried to call and get them sent to the pharmacy I currently use I was expected to remember the medication names and dosages off the top of my head or she refused to help me. How many of you all can remember crazy medication names off the top of your head? Guess I don’t need those medications anyways.

Used minute clinic, pharmacy and in store shopping. All 3 were good. Pharmacist double checked a dosage and corrected thank goodness, was extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend all services to others

If you have any kind of assistance for your medication copay some of their employees will refuse to take it, and some others will accept it. I've been dealing with them.since January, and I have to stop by several times until I finally get someone who accepts the copay card. This should not be tolerated, I don't even think that this is legal.

The Pharmacy staff is absolutely awesome! The Pharmacist Monica is top notch, she is always working hard, helps out by the registers and is always caring and friendly. Not many Pharmacist to that. She also knows her stuff! She went out of her way to call my insurance company for them to authorize the medication I needed ahead time due to the situation had not been updated by the doctor. She could have just said you will have to call your insurance company. Nope, she did it without me even asking.
