ATMs don’t work. They need to majorly upgrade these ATMs. I will never use this bank for my banking needs. I will wait to get to Hanford or another Citi Bank in Fresno.

ATMs are terrible here. They never work and bank only has 1 teller working. ATMs need to get upgraded or close the branch down.

Not attentive to customers. Waited almost 30 minutes to be acknowledged, then another 30 mins to be seen. There was only 1 customer ahead of me. It took about 1.5 hrs to open my account that I hope I don't regret. Be ready to be here for 2-4 hours just to open an account.

Beware of Poor customer service, DAVID SOTO has the worst customer service. He is rude and inconsiderate to customers,, This guy really need some training on how to treat others. You would think as a NOTERY in a well known institution he would have some kind of professionalism. BEWARE !!!

I’ve been banking here for the past 7 years or so, ever since my old location closed. I have always got the help I needed in a timely manner, and staff has always been helpful and courteous. Two thumbs up

I went here today to make a mortgage payment, Just give them the money & the statement, this should be quick, I have gone to BofA, and Wells fargo to do the same, never any problem, they don't ask for anything really, long as I have a statement and not doing anything else. this is the list of thing Citi wanted from me: Driver License, SS #, Occupation. I gave them all info but this wasn't enough, Can you specify explain what you do. Seriously? & the questions kept coming, I took the money back, I will refinance my mortgage so I never have to deal with these geniuses.

After trying over and over again to explain an issue with the way they post transactions and refunds, I have come to the conclusion that the people that work customer service have no clue how to do their job. Talking to them is like talking to a robot, that includes supervisors. Am looking to find a bank that actually have knowledgeable customer service representatives.

The bank opens at 10 am transferred to the call center. Called again at 10:08 transferred to the call center. Called again at 10:15 still being transferred to the call center. ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT THE BRANCH ARE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS WE ARE TRANSFERRING YOU TO OUR CALL CENTER. Really? The bank just opened you mean you have no one at all to pick up the phone and just send everyone to the call center. Good grief.

I haven't had any problems banking with CITI they have had great credit card promotions. Worked with fraud department twice and both times quick and easy. My issue is with this location. They always have homeless people all around making you feel uncomfortable pulling money out at night and the ATM always has something wrong with it.
