I called ahead for a tazer and pepper spray they had it as a combo purchase. Daniel put it aside for me...Everyone was very professional, from when I first walked in and up into the check out. Sorry ladies on the sales floor and register- I didn't get your names. But the time was between 4:20p.m. almost 5:00p.m. when they were on shift. I appreciate your kindness and input on these devices. I appreciate you...keeping it safe and productively professional. 👏👏

They had the shoes we were looking for, but getting someone to help us was a real task. There were 7 employees at this store and I had to hunt someone down to help us. They got one pair of shoes for us and walked away. I had three kids with me, and we were the only customers in the store. I had to hunt down there different employees to help us, because they kept dissappering. I think I will go to a different store next time. Very poor customer service.

Great sporting good store. Only criticism is that items on special are not posted correctly throughout the store. Also expect a decent wait time to check-out. However, I still highly recommend Big 5 Sporting Goods. Have great deals.

Great customer service. The Employees are always very helpful, if you need help finding something they take you straight there. There's no oh look on so so isle like other places. If you need help finding items in stock at a different location they always have a great attitude. I really appreciate that.

Guy was kind of busy when asked for help. He just said, "Can you give me some time. I'm kind of busy?" We said, "No problem." But it was kind of dry and not polite request. Then my sister fell from stepping on a hanger and the lady at the register just looked at me and I said she just fell from stepping on a hanger and still no response. They took 15 minutes to help us when we asked. Then said, "Excuse me. We are closing." I said, "well, we are waiting for him. He told us to wait because he's busy." She said nothing but turned around and walked back to the register. They seemed very unexperienced in customer service. I've been in customer service for 17 years. I will just go to the one on Blackstone. They are much more polite. My experience was 11/06/2021 @740pm

I had to return an air mattress and was expecting a hassle even though I had a receipt. They took care of everything & were wonderfully nice. The manager even took the time to show me another option when I showed him the picture of my colored campfire. Very knowledgable and helpful.
