Seldom do I take the time to write a review as not a single experience define the store . However , I was at this store a few times today ; and I could not believe the lengths in which they go to ensure that you have a bad experience. As I’m Prepared to pay at the register I had the manager been extremely rude when I ask if they had a different size In the particular item I was interested in . I proceeded to going back and look for another item. Now, when I came back to the line to pay for the items , I decided to ask if they had an item on a different size to the male cash register , and a female cashier two registers down yells if they already check before for you that’s all we are going to have in rude manner . She spend more time arguing that they did not had it ; while it would taken her less time to check . I am really dissatisfied with the way this store treats their customer. I will not becoming back , and I know they can care less.

Picked up a birthday gift for a friend the selection was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if only the manager would listen instead of speaking before I could finish my sentence. 'He wasn't helpful' Speaking with the associates was much more pleasurable. I'm sure the birthday man will be delighted with his gift. I also found this cute blue workout dress. Great for the conservative girl ✝️

Nice staff, large inventory, willing to take online order returns, overall a great place to shop. Plus their rewards program is really good and helps save a ton of money.

Beautiful store friendly staff. However there is one major drawback there prices are more expensive than anywhere else then add 15% more. I like the store and I do buy things however I don't feel right paying that much of a premium shopping there.

I went to look for weightlifting gloves. The store layout is totally not clear, and I could not get anyone to help me. You need to just go out of business so that a store with good customer service will take your place. I went the easy route and bought them on Amazon.com instead. When a customer can't get help while inside your actual building, then it's just time to quit.

I love the store at River Park, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I prefer this location over the others in Fresno/Clovis/Visalia because of the customer service. The store is always clean and organized!

I ordered two pairs of the same show for my son online. I went to return the pair that did not fit. They wouldn't take them back. They said they were worn! They were not only when he tried them on. Mind you they are a white pair of shoes. Be careful when trying them on!

It’s well rounded with sports, they have it all. Customer service is nice when they speak to you but I think is understaffed. I went in to purchase a new fishing pole but was pretty clueless of what to get I was there for approximately 45 min. Never got approached by staff when i needed help nor did I see anyone close by. I walked out with some bait but that’s all I could have made a purchase of over $100+ on a fishing pole if I got some help walked out spending instead $9. Don’t get me wrong good place just not enough customer service.
