7 Best clothing store in Fresno, California (CA) 2024

I called ahead for a tazer and pepper spray they had it as a combo purchase. Daniel put it aside for me...Everyone was very professional, from when I first walked in and up into the check out. Sorry ladies on the sales floor and register- I didn't get your names. But the time was between 4:20p.m. almost 5:00p.m. when they were on shift. Picked up a birthday gift for a friend the selection was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if only the manager would listen instead of speaking before I could finish my sentence. 'He wasn't helpful' Speaking with the associates was much more pleasurable. I'm sure the birthday man will be delighted with his gift. I also found this cute blue workout dress. Great for the conservative girl ✝️ ~Yours

I would literally give no stars if I could. I had a small bag of clothes to sell. Like 4 pairs of American Eagle jeans that were almost brand new a couple of pink/VS sweaters and a brand new never work sweater and they told me they couldn’t take anything because it was “faded/ of water too many times” they were literally brand new. I don’t think they even went through my bag honestly because when I picked them up they were in the bag the same exact way. I used to sell to them a long time ago. But I’ll never go back. Not to mention the manager or what looked to be the manager was yelling at an employee in front of everyone about washing the Windows.. the store was really full. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this was needed ~Cheyenne

Kinda sad to say this because the manager of this place is the sweetest guy and he's so upbeat and smiley but his female employee with the blue ombre hair could use his attitude adjustment. Went in for a refund and she didn't smile, she was very dismissive, and just quickly handed me my refund and said, and I quote, "- is your refund." No have a nice day, no "thank you", no nothing, like not even a smile. I don't know if she was having a hard day but the other girl that was there was so sweet and friendly and even though she didn't want to engage with me she was still polite. I don't understand the difference here but if you don't like your job, do something to change it please because it can affect your customers. ~Sam

Very bad store and employees especially the manager Kathrine we purchased this shirt and didn't have the time to test fit thinking it would be what it says (XL) BUT WHEN WE TRIED IT , IT WAS A SMALL NOT EVEN LARGE , so I returned to the store to return it and because I didn't have the receipt the only offered me $ .49 and wouldn't even credit it back to my credit card this was my worst experience ever with horrible customer service. Its fraud they will sell you an item and hope you loose the receipt so they can keep your money even if you paid by a credit card . Stay away unless you want to loose money. ~Nay

I enjoyed my visit to champs every year there are November I tend to purchase their brand of hoodies and sweatpanthey are a good value but really last one season ~Ricardo
