This place sucks!!! Way over priced for what it is a glorified thrift store. You take clothes to sell and get way under paid for good quality clothes. Yet you find raggedy sweatshirts and shoes for sell. Dont bother with this place.

Great prices but you’ll find thee worst customer service here. Everyone is slow. You’ll wait 20 mins for an employee to even acknowledge you because they’re too busy talking. Girl with the half black half pink hair straight up looked at me waiting to be helped and she just turned away and kept looking at the same piece of clothing she was staring at the whole time I waited. I’m embarrassed for the managers.

Terrible customer service! I happened to stop by to check out there athletic clothes while browsing around i heard a short overweight employee with purple hair say out loud “we will be closing in 15 minutes” i didn’t respond since she said it so loudly 🙄 i guess she thought i was being rude and started making smart remarks to her coworker like “ I like to announce we are closing since people have poor hearing/ or don’t understand english… I’ve worked in retail as a manager for over 10 years and felt disgusted by this behavior. I was with my children and decided not to start drama with this individual. Definitely not returning Ever!!!! The owner of this store should really consider getting rid of these unhappy toxic employees.

Don't waste your time here. First time back in almost 5 years and won't be going back after today. Made me wait 2 hours. Didnt call my name. An employee made snide comments while laughing about me still being there to other employees. I had to ask about my items. Never called my name and got it wrong. Rude and unprofessional. Gave me only $4 for a Newyork and Co Burkin, and $2 for an item of clothing. Didn't even go through the rest.

Rude and Racist employees. Whole time I was in store I over heard them laughing at and talking down about other customers coming in to sell clothes and talking badly about a hispanic woman shopping with her son because she was speaking Spanish to her son in the store. Racist and unprofessional.

I walked in today in the morning with two bags full of good condition clothes tags were still on some of the tops the jeans were in great condition as well ! I don’t understand why they gave me back my two full bags with nothing taken out of but only one top ! Smh

I would literally give no stars if I could. I had a small bag of clothes to sell. Like 4 pairs of American Eagle jeans that were almost brand new a couple of pink/VS sweaters and a brand new never work sweater and they told me they couldn’t take anything because it was “faded/ of water too many times” they were literally brand new. I don’t think they even went through my bag honestly because when I picked them up they were in the bag the same exact way. I used to sell to them a long time ago. But I’ll never go back. Not to mention the manager or what looked to be the manager was yelling at an employee in front of everyone about washing the Windows.. the store was really full. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this was needed

As I walked in some of the workers gave me nasty stares, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As I was leaving I overheard I believe the manager and another employee talking about clothes they were going through that someone brung in to sell and laughing. Not a good look for Plato’s closet. Very unprofessional and tasteless.

RUDE AND LAZY PEOPLE ALL OF THEM. They do the bare bare bare minimum. Called @10 because they always take my tags of my new clothing (EVEN IF THEY DO NOT TAKE THEM) so make the value less or whatever their reasoning is. I spoke to someone and asked to write a note regardless my clothes tags do not come off. This lady @1020pm 7/12 gave me the BIGGEST attitude just because she did not want to write a “note down” she “sent” me to voicemail nothing damn right they do not HAVE A VOICEMAIL TO BEGIN WITH ! Lazy lazy lazy people !

Plato's was well stocked with clothes in a wide range of sizes for men and women. They also had some shoes and handbags as well.
