Valero

For now, it's new and clean. Situated near a large mall yet they manage to have their price low and affordable. The pumps are all in a single row, so there is only one way in and one way out, but it's manageable. They sell ice and also propane, and if you're in the mood for a Philly cheese grill sandwich, they have it, too. ~ar

Big 5 Sporting Goods - Fresno

I called ahead for a tazer and pepper spray they had it as a combo purchase. Daniel put it aside for me...Everyone was very professional, from when I first walked in and up into the check out. Sorry ladies on the sales floor and register- I didn't get your names. But the time was between 4:20p.m. almost 5:00p.m. when they were on shift. I appreciate your kindness and input on these devices. I appreciate you...keeping it safe and productively professional. 👏👏 ~Ramona

Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The manager Juan g. Is so unprofessional letting John speak to customers not only unprofessionally but degrading, I have been a Bank of America customer for years and I want to never go back to that bank because of how disrespectful and ignorant the staff is . I went in to cash out my income tax refund and they were saying very loudly that my tax refund was fraudulent and I couldn’t get my own money . Instead of explaining why John stood there repeatedly loudly that I have to pay everything back and can’t get my money because it’s fraudulent. There was over ten people in the bank staring at me. I had requested to speak with a manager and stepped out of the line. I called Bank of America and began to explain what happened they assured me the account was in good standing and my refund was not fraudulent. Then the manager Juan came out and said we will go ahead and take care of you. No apology no anything just walked away. ~Rock

Bank of the Sierra

I am a disabled man with mobility issues and no transportation. I received my Golden State Stimulus check and knowing there was a Bank of the Sierra in my neighborhood I took my time and walked there (it was 100 degrees outside). I took my ID and everything I needed and the Bank refused to cash my check for me. In fact, the teller was pretty rude. I just said ok, thank you and walked back home. Now I have a $600 check, not much food, not much to drink in this heat. So yeah. Thanks, Bank of the Sierra. When I was a kid banks cashed checks. ~Freddie

Is it too much to ask that someone pick up the phone? I typically have good experiences when I go in-person, but God forbid I just need to ask a question over the phone, they never answer! ~letsw8
