8 Best atm in Fresno, California (CA) 2024

I am a disabled man with mobility issues and no transportation. I received my Golden State Stimulus check and knowing there was a Bank of the Sierra in my neighborhood I took my time and walked there (it was 100 degrees outside). I took my ID and everything I needed and the Bank refused to cash my check for me. In fact, the teller was pretty rude. I just said ok, thank you and walked back home. Now I have a $600 check, not much food, not much to drink in this heat. So yeah. Thanks, Bank of the Sierra. When I was a kid banks cashed checks. ~Freddie

Tellers are slow in completing transactions. They are not particularly friendly either. I would not recommend this branch. They are always understaffed. The in-store branch at Marks and Herndon is a much better place to bank. ~Christine

ATM will deposit ripped bills and when you take the bill inside to trade it they give you attitude. It’s like it came from your machine. So stupid. Now I pull my money out elsewhere. ~Sarah

It’s just not good customer service . The bankers used to be so helpful and had great customer service a few years ago and it’s just not the same . ~Kylee

Store clerk is rude. Usually pump gas there and buy a couple items whenever I pump gas. But the day I asked him to turn on the air to fill my tires he refused and got rude with me. ~rick

The new cashiers and Manager are a little rude and they got to remember the Latino community makes there boss alot of money and dont treat your main customer base like second class Citizens but they're the ones who cant even speak English kinda dumb ~Mr.

Very poor bank will put 7 day hold on payroll checks I don't recommend bank to anyone closing account ~JOSE
