Is it too much to ask that someone pick up the phone? I typically have good experiences when I go in-person, but God forbid I just need to ask a question over the phone, they never answer!

This bank is AWFUL. they wont cash their own check unless you go to a location thats all the way across town, a 20+ minute drive. I used to be an account holder here until i moved out of state where they didnt have any branches. I recently moved back, have 2 of their PAYROLL checks to cash and they wont do it. I would never do business with this bank again, even my employer is fed up with them.

Customer service was nice, however when I went to close my checking, savings, and credit card, I wasnt informed that to close the credit card I had to call. Since I was never informed, that card was still being charged (that is my fault). The teller even asked why I was closing my accounts, so they knew I needed everything closed. So, they obviously weren't properly trained. However, that card was closed and another was started without my knowledge or consent. That is ridiculous and illegal. I will never bank with them again.

The teller was very nice and helpful, she could only help with so much which was understanding, so she asked an accountant to see if he could help and it seemed he was too busy to assist, so she went and asked another gentleman and he gave her a number to call meanwhile I'm standing there she gives me her business card and I let her know I appreciate the help. But I already called and did everything else needed all I wanted was a print out of the account info to show proof of a payment that should have went through, but I guess the other office staff are too busy to great and see what they can do to help my situation. Morale of the story is thanks for nothing. I went out of my way to another bank location thinking they will treat every customer in the same respect. That will be the last time I go to any other Citibank location. I'll stick to the one on Bullard and First or the one on Perrin. But sincere thank you to the lady teller that did what she could, hope there not jerks to you.
