The worse service ever.Never pick up the telephone or are available to answer questions. Pharmacy is the worse I have ever experienced. Dont waste your time coming here for your prescriptions, I must bc of medical plan, if not I would be long gone.. ~Miguelangel

Walked onto store to get a Covid booster. The pharmacist and the technician were chatting. It took 5 minutes before they looked up and asked if they could help. I explained I wanted the booster. The explained the could not give it to me unless I made an appointment on line. There were no customers anywhere near the pharmacy and no one in line in the drive thru. Obviously they were not busy filling prescriptions, just wanted to follow the corporate rules and not think out of the box. I left, went across the street to the Sam's pharmacy, which was very busy. They gave me paperwork to fill out and said it would be 25 minutes before I could get the vaccine within 10 minutes the Pharmacist came, give me the shot and was very pleasant, what a difference. ~Joseph

I know many reviews have shared their bad experiences at the pharmacy. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I have never had a negative experience at this Walgreens, and I shop there probably once a week. In fact, I would like to give up special shout out to Angelina in the pharmacy department. The pharmacy can be a hectic place, but she patiently helped me synchronize my Walgreens app to my existing account. She was professional, pleasant and very efficient. ~Frances

Love this CVS!! They have a minute clinic, tons is staff and always stocked up with snacks, medicine (duh) and cosmetics! They also keep the inside nice and clean! This is a fairly large CVS! Parking is great and so is the drive through! ~isabellagoria

This location has an employee named “Steve L” who refused to give me my refill prescriptions NOR did he offer another pharmacist or solution, just to call 1800walgreens to make a complaint. Don’t worry, I have “Steve” if that’s even your name- you were there between 4-5pm on 6-3-22 He needs training on how to treat customers. I am a stage IV cancer patient and he refused my medications that have 3 refills each! I’ve never had any issues with this location until I unfortunately encountered “Steve L” today. Lost a customer forever. All my business immediately was transferred to CVS with ease Just FYI Walgreens he lied about his name- next day I called the store and his name is Thinh Le ~Yvette

I can’t say that I’ve ever had a good experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. After going here for a year, I can confidently say I have never had a timely, unproblematic experience. On top of that, all the people working in the pharmacy have little to no customer service manners and always rush the interaction. Furthermore, the pharmacy will let the phone ring for over 15 minutes without answering (I’ve witnessed this happen) and they’ll gladly leave you on hold for 30 minutes at a time. There is no organization and nothing efficient about this workforce. ~Hope

No matter how busy the workers are, they are always polite to me. Imagine their day - they are so busy that they never get to sit down. I wonder if they get to take a bathroom break. They have customers at the drive through, on the internet, on the phone, and in the store. Meanwhile the man is delivering more medicine that needs to be inventoried. They multi-task the best they can. They are heroes. God bless them and I thank them for their hard work. Yes, they are busy and you need to be patient, but they have always been kind to me. I've been coming to this location for quite a while now with no problems. ~Big

Huge selection of name brand shoes, nicely discounted. I got a pair of ASICS running shoes in black for $42, they look sweet, and perform well. I think this chain is underrated in the value delivered here, but people are aware of it, as the store was pretty busy. Not my first time there, and will definitely be back. After several years of filling hundreds of thousands of dollars of medication at this this location I finally gave up when the pharmacist told me to take my business elsewhere his name is Joel. I called to to make a complaint and out of retaliation he refuses to fill any of my medication that are controlled and refuses to transfer them basically holding them hostage I have no other choice but to visit my providers and have them re-issue Scripps for all the medication that he is refusing to fill. Joel has been veryRude in the past and has told me that he would be more happy for me to move to another pharmacy I have also been talked down to buy other pharmacy staff at that location don’t ever go there! Joel is a vary mean and spiteful person oh and if you think you can get a response from the store manager he does not care anyway his only goal is to keep corporate from knowing what is going on at the store level . and I will be making A official complaint with the board. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I never leave reviews but today pushed me over the edge. They leave you on hold for an hour and can’t answer simple questions. They have billed my insurance wrong multiple times. Please go anywhere but here if you don’t want to have a mental breakdown trying to fill a simple prescription. They are slow and good luck getting your medications on time. Customer service is horrible. Don’t expect them to do anything in a hurry even if it’s an emergency. I waste my time here 24/7. Even my doctors have had trouble getting them on the phone. If you have other options use those. They clearly don’t know how to run a pharmacy. ~Bella
